Honestly. We got two pasta dishes and they were both not great. I’ve come here a few times and have only been impressed by the pizza. The service wasn’t great. Not one smile was cracked. Did not bus our dirty dishes. Overall not impressed by anything besides the atmosphere.

The food is amazing! Very consistent and very good every time. The live entertainment is also so awesome every time! Unfortunately the service is not the best. Me and my family have been here several times since they’ve opened their stoneham location. I’ve been to the westford location several times and give a 10/10. Unfortunately at this location the service has just not been the best, they often get orders wrong drinks and food. it always seems like there is one person doing every job, serving, hosting, bartending. Not sure if they need to hire more but they’re not that busy.

This place thinks their customers are are absolute fools. They have the audacity to demand a tip for me driving to their location, spending my gas, fight through traffic to pick up my own food. As if $17 for a bowl of pre-made, frozen ravioli isn’t insult enough, they actually charge extra for the container to hold the food in! I wonder if you eat inside, do they charge you for the dish they put the food on? And these charges are forced; you can’t even remove them! It’s a blatant cash grab, and a disgraceful business model. The only reason they get away with it is because people fall for it. I took my money elsewhere, where it’s genuinely appreciated. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this rip-off joint entirely.
