This is a bizzarely bad Five Guys. My wife and I were just craving Five guys on our way home last night so we stopped by, and I can safely say it's the worst Five guys we ever had. The onions on my burger were insufficientlt grilled. The fries were really undersalted. It was generally lacking in flavor. Oh and they have a tip screen . . . for fast food, that's just obnoxious.

It is a great burger place. Peanuts are superb. Staff is well trained, know what they're doing, and customer service oriented. Always kind to me. It is what is with a correct cost and atmosphere.

This is a goddamned epidemic with Five Guys: they don't do glove changes. They grab raw burgers, toss them on the grill, then immediately grab buns and fresh ingredients with the same raw meat gloves and build a sandwich. For fifteen dollars for a meal you're telling me they can't afford a decent food safety regime?

$5.00 for a small fry while they’re just scooping the old, cold fries from the bottom of the basket and dumping seasoning on it isn’t fresh and not worth the cost.

Stopped in last night, 7:30pm Friday night so the place was busy. The folks behind the counter were keeping up and working hard. The guy taking our order was working 2 jobs so we had to wait a minute to order, not bad. What was bad was the condition of the dining area. From the front door to the condiment station the floors were sticky. The condiment station was dirty and had trash on it. The 2 garbage cans were full and the fronts of the cans were filthy. The three vacant table tops were dirty and had bits of food and trash on them so we could not stay to eat in. One father of three kids was looking for paper and water to wash down a table himself. We won't be back.
