We eat at Gaetanos restaurant often and never had a bad meal or bad experience. The staff is tremendous. The quality of the food is excellent. We have had the pizzas, haddock, pasta dishes and soups. Highly recommended.

Eight of us went for dinner last night for the special Lobster Menu posted on their website for Wednesday nights, but unfortunately they no longer offer it. We ordered off the regular menu and everyone enjoyed their meals, so it wasn't a total disappointment. Our waitress and the other staff members were great at getting everyone's meals out at the same time. We asked for separate checks beforehand and our waitress was absolutely fine with it. I definitely recommend Gaetano's! The free parking lot in the back is an added bonus.
We meet a Gaetanos monthly for our friends lunch and we love it!! Dotty was our server yesterday and as always she was perfect. We all got salads with steak tips and chicken ...never disappoints! The menu has tons of choices! The appetizers are so big you could order as a lunch meal. I have been going to Gaetanos for over 30 years with different owners!! Always delicious!

Where to start, the food is always great. Service is always good, the chef is wonderful. They have an amazing manager who definitely knows what he's doing. They have delicious specials every week.
I have been before and it was great. This time it was not. Reservation was for 7:15, we didn't get seated until 7:55. Our waitress was completly overwhelmed with no help. We waited another 30+ minutes to order and had to ask for silverware and waters. Hostess, management or bussers should have been helping her. Food came out and my dishes pasta was cold and the chicken fracaisie was had so much lemon I could not eat it. Waitress just said sorry and didn't offer to comp it. There was a large 13 peron party in our area and they were extremly loud. To the point we couldn't hear each other at our table ( there were 4 of us). Unfortunately, I probably will hesitate to go back on a weekend night. The overall experience was less than good.

Had a 7 PM reservation and wasn't sat until 7:45 PM. Rather than telling us that our table wouldn't be ready they kept telling us it would be 10 minutes. I wish you could just be truthful so that a customer could make a choice about staying or going elsewhere. The food was OK. Certainly not worth the wait.

The service was friendly and fast and accurate. I had the stuffed pepper appetizer it was a meal all to itself. I had a salad with it which was also very good. And their specialty cocktails were exceptional. It is in sort of a office Park building. The decor is nice maybe not as warm and inviting as some romantic spots. Overall I loved it and will certainly go back

This place is a real gem - we've gone a few times and gotten a variety of dishes and everything has been delicious. Service is also on point - Francesca in particular has given fantastic recommendations and taken great care of us. Would highly recommend!

Our server Sheryl was very attentive to allergies , restaurant was bustling and she stayed on top of her game ... in the immortal words of Jimmy J.J. Walker the food was DINOMITE .
Excellent service and good meal. Just one thing when serving the homemade pasta let the customer know there's a $2 added charge. It's minimal but buyer should be aware especially when asking about the side pastas. Overall a nice

We have been going to this restaurant for over 30 years the current owner is a real jerk. I ordered a martini and asked for the rocks and as I pulled out some ice with a spoon I pulled out a screw 1 and 1/2 long I showed it to the waitress and she called the owner over he never apologized but took screw and said he would give me a dessert on him We finished dinner got dessert and bill ad thought about I could not believe that was it free $7 dessert We paid bill and tip the waitress who was lovely by the why I paid the bill and when she came to pick it up I told her that was it 7 dollar free dessert not even comped the drink she felt bad and said don't tip me I said no way you where wonderful she said I will call owner I said please do not but before we left he came over and I said you took screw and comp a $7 dessert if I swolled it I could have died. All of sudden he said I will call the police I could not believe this was his response he walked away and we left never to return again after 30 years never would old owner treated us like that !! Miss you Eddie !! That is a total lie our sever was wonderful and we did not berate her. You did not apoligize and you also told me that the ice machine wad worked on so why are finding it strange the workers must have left it behind or did you forget that ?

Really good Italian food for my large Italian family, we loved it. Such large portions we (well some of us!) took home enough for the next day. Also the bread was fabulous. Reasonably priced as well.
