I eat at Jersey Mike’s pretty frequently and not just at this location. My girlfriend has a gluten allergy and Jersey Mike’s has the best GF subs around. My favorite is the portobellos chicken cheese steak. The service is always super friendly. You can trust my review because my name is also Mike though, I’m not from Jersey. Come here for solid subs that won’t disappoint.

I have been going to this location since they opened a few years ago and have always had a good experience with the food. I have Celiac Disease and the staff are great with cleaning and sanitizing the space to make a safe gluten free sub. Overall the staff are friendly and I've never had an issue with my order both ordering online or in person.

Worst Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. Went a second time because the first time was a few weeks after they opened, so I gave them another chance. Super rude and they made the order wrong.

This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences i’ve ever had, I wouldn’t even give it one star. I placed my order ahead of time on the app and arrived 5 minutes after it said my food would be ready. My food was not ready when I walked in the store which would have been fine except none of the workers greeted me or asked what i was waiting on. After 5 minutes I sat down and waited another 20 minutes for my food. I was finally greeted by a worker when my food was ready although all that was said was “hi” and my food was handed to me. No apologies for my food taking 45 minutes to be made. I understand they could have been backed up on orders, but to not be greeted or told that my order is running behind was below the bare minimum of customer service. The last time I went to this location I had a very similar experience. Not coming back here again!

The food is on par with a typical deli, however the customer service from the staff is exceptional. They are always friendly and helpful. They do an excellent job managing a gluten allergy and handle everything in a separate space, with fresh ingredients. Exceeded my expectations!
