I had a great visit to subway today. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and my order was made quickly and exactly how I wanted. The veggies were fresh, and the sandwich tasted amazing. Highly recommend this location for a quick and healthy meal.

I went to order food there expecting to also be able to get a fountain drink, only to be told after my sandwich was finished being made that the restaurant didn’t have running water. How on earth do you operate a food establishment without water? Fountain drinks aside, how on earth do you clean your tools/knives etc?
At least tell your customers BEFORE they order or put a sign up so they can make an informed choice, and perhaps a little customer service instead of acting like the customer is inconveniencing you when they want a drink.
And then the cash register has the gall to ask for a tip… at least the store seems clean enough…

Terrible service. Do not come here. I see why they have a bad rep according to quite a few people. Apparently they overcharge and have signs that say no coupons. I’ve been to multiple subway locations and never had an issue. They are money hungry and will literally charge you 3 extra bucks or more for a simple swap like grilled chicken instead of rotisserie chicken. God forbid you decide how you want the sandwich you are paying for! It’s as if they want to make your sandwich just the way they would like without concern for your order. Pathetic and rude
