I usually enjoy coming to The Daily Scoop and I especially love their açaí bowls — they’re always fresh, tasty, and generously served. Unfortunately, today I had a disappointing experience. The açaí bowl I received came in a much smaller container than usual, with less than an inch of açaí at the bottom. It felt far from the standard portions I’m used to here.
I hope this was just a one-time mistake, because I really like this place and would love to keep coming back for the quality I know they can deliver

I just purchased a large “3 scoop” and a medium “2 scoop” .ice cream. The medium had more ice cream than the large. If you are going to charge $9 for a 3 scoop at least make it 3 scoops. I am very disappointed and would expect better.

GRAHAM CENTRAL FLAVOR IS THE BEST. IVE HAD ANOTHER VERSION OF IT, and this is the BEST VERSION because it has A LOT OF GRAM, and not too many of the crisp chocolate pieces. I’ve looked hard and long to find THIS exact flavor with THE PERFECT GRAM ratio and this is it. Please do not buy from another buyer but continue to get the SAME GRAHAM CENTRAL from whoever you’re getting it from. It’s LEGIT.

I pass by this often so I figured I try it out over JP licks. Menu is huge no problem there. My issue was the frappes being 10.25 for a SMALL cup. One size only. I bought Two frappes. One mango and the other strawberry. THEY WAS OK. I’ll Stick to where I use to go

I am beyond grateful for the young man that answered my desperate phone call after a 3rd party delivery service application experienced a technical error. The result was not receiving our entire order, and my 7 year old daughter, who is home sick, was missing her frappe that I had promised. Although I never caught this employee's name, who was super kind and professional on the phone, within 25 minutes, he personally drove to our home to deliver the missing item! I am beyond appreciative and will highly recommend The Daily Scoop to anyone who wants great quality ice cream and equally impressive service!
