Why is it that everytime I come here, they are always missing something. Then, you'll tell them that something is missing, and they'll act like it's your fault. Rolled eyes and all. Also, I ordered a drink here, and the chocolate syrup had clumps and tasted expired.

I love it when my order doesn't get messed up. Which fortunately these days, happens a lot less often than it used to. Good work to the crew, here. They work hard, even though the franchise owner is rubbish.

Sometimes it’s great, sometimes not so great. The only qualms I have with this location is one lady who works the drive through. She is rude, impatient, and when I tell her that I don’t need the receipt she says “that’s fine” and drops it into my car, or last time she says “you can just take it”. Not the best way to do business, leaves a bad taste in my mouth.Most of their staff are great, but the lady who worked the drive through this morning at 9:29am, is rude...
