It’s really upsetting I can’t get the items I like at all locations because they aren’t trained in how to make them. I get the iced mocha and sometimes they put it in a large soda cup! It’s absolutely crazy they don’t know the items on the menu. They forget items frequently and I have to come back after leaving, I started checking my bag at the window because it’s just too often. They definitely all need a retraining day on customer service...read full review
