The lady who greeted my party was little rude. I filled out the online reservation which I mentioned one person will be in wheelchair and explain when they called to confirm. When we got there they let my party member on the elevator. The lady started to call the elevator up and it was struggling. She was like I wished someone would of told me it was an electric wheelchair and was getting all annoyed and walked away to tend with other customers and left my party member in the elevator. They don't allow customers to operate elevator. It's not my fault the elevator is old and should be replaced and not my fault no one asked what type of wheelchair. We did finally make it to the table. The show, the food and rest of staff was great. Wished they were more welcoming to customers with disabilities.

Known well for their Winter Holiday show, the Starliners also perform a mix of other shows throughout the year; sometimes Broadway, sometimes Motown! Currently their food service is order-ahead so that your meal is locked in before your arrival, but the drink menu is excellent.

The owner could be more congenial.But the plays are fun, and her daughter makes up for her. Needs better handicap ways into show.
