Whether you have a decent experience at this Starbucks or a miserable one varies just about daily. I really want to give this 2.5 stars because sometimes you have a 5 star experience and sometimes you have an experience worthy of 0 stars.

I must have caught them at the end of a shift or busy morning - staff was a little slow to get my food ready. They were polite and made sure I had everything I wanted, including an extra splash of raspberry in my lemonade, so they get extra points for that.

Coffee is okay right but no employee that works here ever goes above and beyond no one ever is really nice. Maybe it's because they can't get tips I don't know but I'll go here because it's close and it's Starbucks but the canton one is where it's at. Nice employees. Nice atmosphere. They will perfect your coffee. Try em instead.
