Most of the staff are nice. I had one employee scoff at me for ordering a Bavarian Cream donut because they didn't know what I was asking for, and they can never get my sanwhich right [always the wrong kind of cheese]. Not the worst Dunks I've ever been to, but not my first choice. The drinks have been fairly decent and consistent.
Had one of the best hot chocolates here but I wasn’t impressed with their restroom! Really disgusting!🤮. This was just 9:30 am in the morning..
I used to love going to this location. Now? Not so much. They only care about drive through. 7 drive through customers were taken care of by the time i put in my order for a coffee at the register. Then i watched several more drive-through customers go by while my half made coffee was just sitting there unattended. I used to tip every time, now i won't until i see service improve.
