Olive Garden Italian Restaurant offers excellent customer service and a variety of delicious meals like Broccoli Alfredo and Chicken Marsala. The Zuppa Toscana soup with fresh Parmesan cheese is phenomenal. The breadsticks are often praised for their hot, buttery flavor, though some find them a bit salty. The wait staff can significantly impact the dining experience, with some servers delivering fast and attentive service, while others may be forgetful or slow. Despite occasional slow service, guests enjoy the soup, salad, artichoke appetizer, and shrimp appetizer. The restaurant maintains a clean environment and provides a cozy atmosphere, making it a popular choice for lunch and dinner. The restaurant's friendly staff and managers ensure many customers leave satisfied, with some visitors returning regularly for the great food and welcoming service.
