Previous years Olive Garden was excellent with excellent customers services. Recently, I went to Olive Garden for a family event. It was a disaster. I know waitress job can be very difficult, because they have to serve many tables at once. I met waitress at the Olive Garden in Stoughton, MA she was rude and lack of customer service. There are some types of job if you can't handle at least to be nice...don't do such job. Olive Garden's managers should get nice people to help their customers have a good time. All the food Olive Garden sells so far, they are just regular food. The drinks at Olive Garden are the only exception in my bucket list. I don't think I will bring my serveice back to Olive Garden.
