Dunkin' is a beautiful and cool-looking restaurant with friendly staff and fun signs inside. It has a swing outside that adds to the charm. However, the music is often very loud, making it hard to hear or have a conversation. The A/C is always on, which can be uncomfortable, especially when the weather is cold. Service can be slow, and there have been issues with getting Wraps cooked properly, often undercooked or covered in oil. There is no drive-thru, and sometimes orders are misheard, but staff are usually apologetic and willing to fix mistakes.
