Get a new Manager/Owner...service is deplorable and rude. Haven't gotten an order correct in three tries over the past year and NO ORDER available after waiting in line outside for 30 minutes even tho I had the confirmation number and total price.
Will NEVER attempt again and will pass the word to go elsewhere.
Awful .... a Red Sox roll and a spider roll not even enough for one person.. will never go there again
Tonight's to go service was supposed to take 20 minutes... took almost an hour. Manager was totally giving an "F You" sort of attitude, offered no apology or comp, was pretty awful to his front of house workers, and tried to pass the blame on the slowness to a new person in the kitchen. Took ZERO responsibility as a manager.
