On August 26th I took my sister-in-law for lunch at the Sturbridge Applebees. She has trouble walking and has a walker. She fell in the bathroom. I just want to say that the Managers were so wonderful to us. They helped me get her up and into the car. They were so supportive and helpful. Don’t know how I would have done it without them. The waitstaff was also awesome and kind. Not to mention the food being great. Thank you so much Applebee’s.

Good local support place. We had salad & burgers on senior rate. Took awhile for the salad to show as some employee was celebrating something so others were distracted. My rare burger was a well done one. It might take a time before we go there again.

Last night I had dinner at Applebee’s, and I want to take a moment to recognize the excellent service we received from our waiter, Don. From the very beginning, he was extremely polite, respectful, and attentive. He made sure our table was well taken care of without ever making us feel rushed, and he carried himself with such professionalism and kindness that it truly stood out. It’s rare to come across service that feels both genuine and thoughtful, but Don provided just that. He made our experience not only enjoyable but memorable, and I truly appreciate the effort and care he put into his work.

Great manager working tonight 8/16/2025 There was an issue with my steak. No red in the middle turned out red in the middle except the edges which I ate and enjoyed. Didn't notice why the rest of the steak didn't taste exactly right until near the end. Asked for the manager. He came out and in a very friendly but professional way handled it compliant completely and sent us home with Apple pie. Even work this issue we'll go back and I recommend this Applebee's restaurant!
