Both types of meat I had(the pulled pork and the brisket) were wicked fatty and tasted like they were absolutely DOUSED in liquid smoke.

The sauces on the tables were in catering squeeze bottles and the sauces have separated, so there's no way to shake them up without covering the opening with your finger. When you try to dispense them and they just dump the separated liquid floating on the top into your meat.
Beans were undercooked, carrot slaw was super vinegary (plus raisins?!), the grits were good though. Pecan pie square was really gelatinous, the s'mores brownie was actually really rich and moist.
Absolute highway robbery for the price versus the quality, I've heard this place talked up so much and was bitterly disappointed. Would not recommend, save your money and go elsewhere.

10 out of 10 if you have a chance... go. The food is fantastic. Beef brisket is highly suggested. They are always busy, so be prepared to wait a little, but its worth it.

Best fried chicken ever!

Best brisket in the Northeast if not the USA.

Popular place, prices are high but I think that comes with BBQ.

Their brisket was full of fat. We were very disappointed in the BBQ. Their BBQ sauces were not to our style.

This is exactly what you expect, a small place with great service and fantastic smoked meats. Many sides and sauces available. With a small parking lot holds about 15 cars, its best to go early if you want a parking spot. I'm definately coming back anytime I'm in the area!!

We stopped here after a friend recommended it. The food was quite good. They give good sized portions. I really liked the house sauce with my pulled pork. I tried the sexy grits, which had a little zing to it. (I liked them, but my wife didn't.). I will definitely try to get back here as it is better than the BBQ places near me in CT. The only reason I didn't give it a 5, is that we had gone down south during the summer and had unbelievable BBQ down there. This was close! Oh, and the bacon bites were awesome!

Legit, smoky BBQ, tender A.F. bbqued beef ribs, succulent brisket, crispy A.F. double French fries, good a§§ cornbread, and righteous dirty rice. It's a +/- 110 mile round trip for me. I don't care, I gotta make it my monthly food sojourn.
