We ordered a bison burger. When we received it it was full of unions so that the meat was separating. There was no description of what was in the burger. Had we known we wouldn’t have ordered it . When I brought it to the young lady at the counter she told me that is how it’s made . She told me she would let me know the ingredients next time and dismissed rudely. She didn’t offer to get a refund since onions were not listed. We spent $90 there. Drove there from Connecticut....

BT’s was absolutely incredible. The smoked chicken was super juicy. The beef brisket was tender and had insane flavor. Also grabbed a cup of the Mac but could’ve eaten a quart of it. Finally, we tried the wings which they recently brought back. The amount of meat on each wing and flavor was out of this world. The staff was really friendly too and hospitable which made it all the better. Can’t really get much better than this.

Beef ribs are my favorite, they are very tasty and juicy. I also liked the Reuben very much. Beef brisket, ribs, and pulled chicken are all very good. Dirty rice is my favorite side.
Wait times can be as long as an hour. Though, they let you sit and wait with your drink from outside. They only take to pick up orders on the phone. I wish I could pre-order on the phone to avoid waiting. Overall, they are one of the best barbecues in the state.
