This facility was unkempt. Floors were dirty, and sticky. The same with tables and seats. Couldn't wait to leave.

And I say something and the manager got mad and say a lot of bad things
The sandwich was already made when I arrived, I saw that the girl who works at the front threw the sandwich to the cooks and they pretended it was made on the spot, and they started swearing a lot.

Had the worst experience at Burger King in Sturbridge mass just now. The manager was absolutely clueless on how to fulfill orders. We waited over 20 minutes while she filled drive thru orders and ignored everyone in the lobby. Food was ice cold for customers in the lobby. Asked for a refund and she said no she is not allowed to give a refund. To the young girl working with her, I heard you trying to tell her what to do to make it better and she refused to listen. Maybe you will be appointed to manager and she will be canned. 😡

This Burger King is absolutely filthy. The place is literally infested with flies. The floor is sticky. The tables are covered with old food. I watched a fly dive bomb into the fries. It took nearly 15 minutes to get 2 meals, which we refused to eat. This is not a joke - for your own safety, DON’T eat this food and DON’T go to this location. There’s a much better BK in the gas station down the road.

Me and my wife are blessed with 7 children. Once and a while we get fast food to make it easier on the cooking or pizza or whatever. Tonight was burger king. She gets there tells the manager ahead of time and even says sorry it's going to be a big order. Manager tells her ok.. after finally ordering the food for the family, nit only was he rude , he just can't help but tell my wife how he can't wait until the your way meal is gone. It's one thing to hate your job.. whatever but don't take it out on someone's wife or anybody actually. Especially the manager. Don't worry about any deals going away. We won't be back.

Place has not been updated since built. Wallpaper falling down, dirty sticky floors, upholstery on seats stained and dirty. This place needs a complete overhaul. Not going back.

Food was prepared fast and correct. Girl waiting on her really wasn't liking her job. Another worker was out of it for sure. Acted weird doing his trash gathering.
Entire place was dirty, flies everywhere and the bathroom...ugh.

Dead bugs on window sills and the tables were all dirty. It was a wonder we didn't get food poisoning!

The people who work here are pretty angry people! And they don’t want to do their jobs! I stood and waited for over 10 minutes just to order a sandwich. This was not through the drive-through!

When I went inside, I was the only one there. My order was simple: Whopper WITH cheese, NO onions. I got the exact opposite! (Of course I didn't notice til i got out to the car!)
The employees were all pretty clueless, walking around and joking and the drive thru was clearly having trouble getting orders correct as well. The manager on duty seemed pretty frazzled and frustrated with the whole thing.
Also the bathroom was disgusting!! There was a spider chilling on it's web right next to the stall door! Obviously nothing had disturbed it in awhile, no one cleaning in there!

the help is completely wasted on drugs. i had to explain my order 4 times. they're in the back preparing food with no idea of what is going on. you would've thought it was a block party. i called one employee out on it and he wanted to fight. i walk out to my car with my food and another customer actually agreed with me on how they were concerned on how they were destroyed on drugs.

Went here Tuesday, July 16th, 2024, with my family. It was supposed to be dine - in but what smelt like a " dirty baby's dipare," which made it impossible to eat inside with the horrible smell. Horrible is an understatement. The place wasn't clean at all. It was really dirty, and the service was less than . There was absolutely nobody in the dining area , eating . We went outside to eat, but in a minute, there were spiders and creepy crawlers all around us. Our cashier was Matthew Burgner, he was really arrogant, had no people skills, and had an attitude. He was rude, and our food part of it was cold. We ordered 2 Junior Whoppers, which were extremely cold. The 2 fries we ordered were ok . My small Frozen Coke Drink pretty much melted within a few minutes after he made it ,both mine and my sisters melted . He made it wrong. I've never seen anything melt that quickly. The sun wasn't blazing down on us. Horrible experience, we had to eat our delectable meal in our car which we didn't want to do. Awful, awful experience. I differently want to recommend this BK to anyone I know. That is why we don't usually eat at BK's . We usually have a horrible experience at most locations. It's hardly ever a good positive trip to a BK. Matthew Burnger made this experience a memorable one . He had no customer skills whatsoever. For a tourist area, I would've thought these fast food joints would be zooming with business, not this one. This had to already have to be marked . I should have gone to their competitor who always has coupons on their mobile app. When we figured we wanted to try something different. What a mistake that was , and knowing this is a highly traveled area. What a disappointment we usually don't order the Frozen Drink , it was a waste of money . They charge you for sauces to like 38 cents for each sauce of your choice. After seeing that you have to pay for them , I decided to skip my sauces .
