I ordered a single whopper with cheese at this place in drive through; they charged me nearly $10.00! I feel ripped off... I ordered nothing else, just a burger! I only had $ 8.25 in cash. I had to use a card! I'm so upset inside... I wouldn't have asked for cheese had I known. There is no excuse to charge so much for a single slice of yellow cheese, and it probably wasn't even 100% real cheese!

Customer service isn’t greatest, sat there for 10 minutes of waiting for my food. All that I notice other then food not being made fast enough. Was the female manager and worker in the back arguing with each other. Another employees who seemed to get off lunch came in, all distress and angrily he took the remaining customers that were still waiting to order. It doesn’t end there, there has been a ongoing leak by the soda area. Been there or even reappears each time me and my family go out to eat. It sickens me that this company that services in the Fast Food chain, isn't putting out there food “FAST” enough. More so of the management and the inappropriate language being said back and forth. It bothers me we can’t eat at an establishment with out the workers using racial slurs or even trying to maintain there store. If i was a health inspector this place wouldn’t run again

I would give no star stood for 15 mins at the register ignored until I asked if my order would be taken anytime to wait another almost 5 mins for the cashier to throw my change at me and almost 10min for my food from workers that were rude

The manager refused to refund me and charge for me for the MEDIUM beverage I received. They charged me for a large drink and tried to tell me that the cup next to my receipt is their “new large” because they didn’t have the lids they needed for their actual large cups. Literally just tell people you don’t have the correct cups and charge people accordingly. Very simple, not a hard concept.

The moment I walked into the main street burger King in Sturbridge ma yesterday it was very dirty there was spilled soda then as soon as I sat down to eat inside the table was filthy dirty then a customer came in and starting saying the N word to some of the employees it was very racist and offensive then for a manager to come out and say that's OK and she actually tried saying that using the n word isn't racist I was in shock and very offended they should all be fired i will never eat there ever again burger King u lost a loyal customer because of what happened yesterda

Zero stars if I could, I appreciate the workers who are there doing there best. But we are missing a good portion of our dinner and all they can tell the last 7 people is workers walked out. Stop taking orders if you can’t make them right!

I am absolutely shocked and disgusted by the burger I received.
, but it was clearly spoiled and unsafe to eat. The bread had visible signs of spoilage – it smelled sour and had spots that looked like bacterial growth or mold. This is not just a bad meal, it's a serious health hazard.

Serving spoiled food is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of hygiene and quality control. I expected a decent meal, not something that could potentially make someone sick.

I will never order from here again, and I strongly advise others to be very cautious. This kind of negligence needs to be taken seriously. I hope the restaurant takes immediate steps to address this issue before someone ends up in the hospital.

I ordered online and my order was not made right .. woppers are suppose to have two slices of cheese not one , there was no lettuce, i asked for no tomatoes and pickles but they still put them on there . The other wopper i ordered i paid more to have jalapenos placed on it..and they were not on it . the chicken sandwiches were also made incorrect .. the fries and onion rings suck i live less then a 20 min drive from the store and my food was still cold when it arived ..

Whoever runs the store needs to quit their day job. I would be ashamed of myself. It’s seven in the morning, and the floors are disgusting. They don’t have hashbrowns. Apparently their oven is broken so all of their biscuits burn. It’s like they’re out of everything and nothing works and everything they do have is dirty and disgusting. This place should definitely be shut down

This is one of the worst places we have ever eaten soda machine and ice machine our of order my wife ordered a whopper with bacon, never got bacon. The place is filthy. Atmosphere sucks. Almost like these people here don't want to work here. McDonald's is right next door go there instead.

Went through the drive-thru. Ordered a plain crispy chicken w/just cheese. Put everything on it. Ordered two root beers we got Coke and a Sprite. Had to go back twice to have the crispy chicken fixed. And the two gentlemen in the back fixing the food we're laughing.
