The service was fast enough at drive thru, but I was very disappointed with the food.
I got mostly the small fries at the bottom of the fry bin. My Whopper(R) came on a Jr bun. Ya'll mucked up.

Ordered two whopper meals at the drive thru. Only received one of the burgers and fries. Had to go back for the remainder of the order. The young woman who completed the order did not offer any apology or any comment at all. Definitely need to work on customer relations and service.

Managers stand with their backs to you as they watch employees go into freezer and grab frozen product with their hands, drop in grease. Grab a bun and make a chicken sandwich and grab the cooked chicken with their hands.
Watched a woman wipe her face with her hands and then make a burger.
Teenage shift supervisor proceeds to have a farting contest with an employee making a drug deal with his friend that just walked in. Did I also mention the employee had his pants unbuttoned and fly unzipped.
Nice red underwear, hope it's clean because no one there looks like they have showered in a month or so.
Tiles on floor in the kitchen coming up that were the same loose tiles in 1991.
Bathroom light has been out for several months, gross walls, sink broken and leaking for months.
Wall paper ripped off walls in dining room, stains on floor for months, seats ripped and worn.
Food under booths that literally stays there for weeks.
Definitely not owned by the Janco corporation anymore

My husband and I stopped at that Burger King and placed our order through the drive through. We had a gift card to use. When we pulled up to the window and was going to give the person she stated that they do not take Burger King gift cards. I asked her if this was something new because they did take them last year. We then got home and I had ordered an original chicken sandwich meal. The bread on the chicken was hard and the chicken was luke warm. I also ordered some onion rings. They did not have the spicy dipping sauce that went with the rings.

Long line today with no acknowledgement. I would suggest whoever makes the schedule to not schedule this same staff or break them up. There were 5 or 6 employees walking around having conversations without any concern about the line until one of the only two who actually did anything spoke up. 12/31/24 ~12:00pm. Food was good though. Atmosphere seems fine, I didn't stick around.

I bought 2 chicken wraps today 09/10/24. The crispy chicken was cold (supposed to be hot) The chicken was so chewy with stringy gristly meat that I couldn’t eat most of it. Worst chicken wraps I have ever had! Avoid them or you’ll be sorry!!
I don’t normally eat at Burger King but today it’s been anything but a normal day so I found myself very hungry stopping off. I was impressed! I was able to get some vegetation and this is the first thing I had eaten since breakfast.
The service was excellent. Everyone was so friendly.
Gas station and corner store and bathrooms were much needed.
HORRIBLE, RAN OUT OF EGG, NO ONE HERE. WAITING FOR 20 MINUTES FOR QUICK BREAKFAST!!!
