Our third time this year. Plain country interior belies sophisticated seasonal menu beautifully realized. Today for me was pork cheeks braised in a sauce reduced and intense to the maximum, with sides of a cauliflower-celeriac puree like silk and lovely roast beets. My husband had terrific lamb loin with a nice root vegetable hash and sautéed Brussels sprouts. This chef would not be out of place in Boston or New York, meant in the nicest way. Love the staff. Front of house is over the top professional, warm and welcoming. \nWe ate there tonight. I really like their normal menu. Alway some surprises, but always tasty. I find this menu to be just too strange for my tastes. No, it doesn’t have to be a meat and potatoes menu, but I do not believe it caters to the average person at all.\n\nI am a skilled cook in my own home and have made many creative dishes that are quite tasty. None of these selections or anything I would have even thought of.\n\nI would like to see a few selections that include pasta dishes, Italian, Asian, another popular items, seafood, too.\n\nThe only reason I came here...
