Just started coming here and absolutely love it. The food is delicious and prices are fair. A lot of space so you don’t feel crammed in any table or booth. My server Erika was outstanding. Super kind and nice, always smiling, and very helpful and has given great choices for meals. Have had her a couple of times and each time she’s great. Combine that all with the hospitality and kindness from Miguel as well. He says hello and shakes your hand, doesn’t feel like he’s rushing you or trying to make an appearance. Genuine compassion. I have nothing bad to say about the place or staff. Very clean and again delicious, will certainly be back many more times.

What a hidden Gem!!! Drive by this place every day, took a chance to try it. 1,000 out of 10. Service, food, all immaculate.

I order some food to go and I usually check my food but I was tired & starving, just wanted to get home to eat. When I got home I realized they forgot to give me the rice and beans which got me very upset. I gave them a call and they Apologized and made it right away. I only live about 8 minutes away so it wasn’t that bad. They also gave me A free flan for the inconvenience which i really appreciated because that definitely lifted my mood so thank you for your kindness.

10/10! The ribs, the enchiladas, but the Tres Leche was the best thing I've ever tasted! Margaritas where great! I had the Jamaican. Perfection, all around!

My now husband and I just got married on Oct 4th. What an amazingly beautiful day we had. We decided to have our wedding reception at Condesas. I can't express how amazing our entire experience was! From planning to execution it was perfect! The manager Miguel went above and beyond for us. From printing up our special menus to greating our guests. The food was amazing..as always. All of our guests were each impressed with the service and the food. I highly recommend having your party of whatever celebration or occasion at Condesa in Sturbridge! Thank you Miguel and Staff for making our day so special! You would get 10 stars from me if I could give it!

Had the best experience today with our server Grace, she remembered us from our last visit. She remembered my son’s allergies and made sure his meal came out without any possible contamination. Food was excellent as always and the restaurant has really made us feel welcomed. Condesa is our family’s go to restaurant.

Food, atmosphere and service were all top notch! I'm not typically a fan of Mexican food, but was thrilled to find a dish that I really enjoyed. The fish tacos were not only delicious, but portioned perfectly and presented beautifully. The other guests at my table were also very happy with their choices and the portions were generous. I sadly skipped the Margarita in order to opt in for dessert (don't want to over indulge too much!). Tres leches was very good but not the best I've had.
The only advice we'd really give is to add more soft surfaces or ceiling panels to absorb sounds a bit better. My friend referred to the acoustics as "warehousey". All in all, we agreed that we'd definitely return for more!

Parking: Restaurant is at the end of a plaza so there is ample parking and a convenient row of charging stations for EV's.

This was my first time to the restaurant. I found the staff very friendly and attentive. I had the burrito bowl. It was very good! My friends all said their food was very good as well.I enjoyed the churros for dessert. Highly recommended it. I am definitely going back.

Our waitress was Sheriddan who was running to keep up, it became very busy. All things considered, She did an admirable job!

i set my standards high when it comes to reviewing restaurants . i think if your going to charge today’s prices you need have to have high standards in quantity of food, and services at a minimum.
i think people review restaurant to nicely because they are owner operating in a lot of cases .
soft not so honest reviews lead to a low quality products be acceptable.
this place as of right now hits all the marks at highest level.
the only thing i saw from my experience that needed work was my food came out very fast behind my Apps. i am fast dinner and fast eat and it a little to fast for even me beyond this place is top shelf.
i hope it maintains this high level of standards.
