Our experience at Cracker Barrel at the Wrentham Outlets was fantastic. We were greeted ny Hayden, served by Angela and the manager was Dottie. All three worked as a team to make my family's experience pleasurable.

I love coming here. I took my daughter and her boyfriend here for the first time. Both were mesmerized by all the things to look at while we were waiting for our table.

From the moment we arrived, the experience felt like what you’d expect from a place that takes hospitality seriously. But what truly stood out came later: I ordered pancakes, which came with either eggs or bacon — I wanted both, so I asked for pancakes with bacon and a separate order of fried eggs.

What won me over was when our server came back and told me she had switched the order to make the bacon the add-on instead, because that combination was cheaper. That kind of honesty is rare — most places will quietly charge more if they can. It was clear that customer satisfaction mattered more than squeezing a few extra dollars. That simple gesture said a lot.

The pancakes? Some of the best I’ve ever had — and I say that as someone who’s kind of a pancake fan. Eggs and bacon were also spot on.

On top of that, during our meal, a glass broke at a nearby table and the two servers managing the area cleaned it up quickly and worked seamlessly together. That moment confirmed what I’d already noticed watching the staff come in and out of the kitchen — they’re a real team here, and it shows.

Overall, it was an amazing breakfast experience. Solid food, fair prices, and service that genuinely cares.

Usually we love the food here, but it wasn't great the night we went. Simple chicken fingers and fries, over cooked chicken, fries were cold and not worth dealing with a manager that was unhappy already with other complaints. Thankful our server was very nice and tipped well.
