This dunks is right outside of brimfield in Sturbridge. It's a safe haven stop before you go into brimfield and when you leave it will be a nice respite from all the people and walking. I have always had good food, service, and the store looks nice.

The worst service I have ever experienced. It took 20 min for them to take my order, then 20 minutes before they go to my order, and they never even made one of the coffees in my order and took another 10 min to make that. Very poorly managed!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my uncle Jim demanded I do. He had a very nasty experience here. He was telling me how they refused to serve him because of his tattoos, which he does regret! Hopefully this can sorted out especially with summer around the corner cause he likes tank tops.

The young man who waited on me was prompt,polite,accurate,great place.
Honestly, the food and drinks are made amazing. But they take forever to get it done. I place an on the go order 10-15 minutes away and when I get there, not a single item is ready. Then I have to wait another 5 min just standing there for them to give me an item or too and they happen to forget an item or two. They don't even have my order handy and I have to tell them what else I got
