be advised - there is no drive-thru here. walk-in only. looks like there was a drive-thru at one time perhaps? it's tough to turn left into the parking lot with busy traffic going east on 20. once you do though, you're good. good staff - pleasant to interact with. store was busy. they made my drink and food exactly how i liked. definitely looks like a favorite village spot...

the girl with the blue in her hair that was working Saturday (10/11) @12pm was picking her nose and then handling a customers muffin with the same gloves on that she picked with. The other staff saw the whole thing happen, there was 5 workers and only the boy and the shorter lady with the dark hair were working and doing pretty much everything by themselves. The nose picker managed to pick her nose and grab a muffin in the 15 minutes I was in there. Nose picker also told the male worker to not make my order and instead make an order that came in 5 min after mine and the person wasn't there to pick it up yet... he looked confused but did what she told him to anyways? The nose picker seems like a bully who Noone likes or wants around.

Are the employees working there, new? We ordered a blueberry thirst quencher and two donuts. The quencher given to my friend was a lemonade and when she requested it be corrected, you would have thought she had insulted the employee. I was missing a donut, which I did get but had to stand on another long line to fix it. I got the feeling the employee taking the orders was overwhelmed as she made several mistakes, but the person making the drink orders made such blatant errors it would be laughable, except it wasn’t. One customer asked for a green iced tea but received a large strawberry looking drink with cold foam and a gentleman asked for an iced coffee with cream and sugar and received a large cold brew with cold foam. If this is the only DD near you, go for it, but be prepared for a lesson in patience.

I mean when your main menu item is coffee one would expect a similar coffee at whatever Dunkin you go to but they all seem to be a different shop and 80% of the time its burnt....so do yourself a favor and go to Cumberland Farms

I told them how I want my coffee this morning I took 1 sip and threw it out. Tasted like it had chemicals in it. I was in disbelief over it. I will never be going back to this location ever again

Coffee usually consistent at this location. Usually not a fan of at this location, but was spot on today, no bitter or burnt taste. Was actually, surprisingly great. I generally choose this location for variety of donuts. The donuts are always fresh here.
The food is hit or miss but , same as every other DD location. Personally, not a fan of anything offered, as well as most fast food places,or any place that just, heat and serve.
