Food was fast, it was really good the donuts are always fresh I'm always in the area, and I will wait sometimes and go buy another dunkin' just to get to this one. I also would like to state that Anthony works very very hard every time I go in there I see him busting his behind for everybody for the team... This is the absolute worst Dunkin I have ever been to. When you order an iced coffee and pay $4.00 for it, you would expect it to be made as ordered. Three times I ordered the same coffee, and three times it was made incorrectly going through the drive-thru. This is the only Dunkin on my way to my sisters, so now I have to go in to order so I can make sure it is made correctly.

On May 11, at around 3pm. I came to dunkin with my mom getting a quick snack and the lady who i assume was working by herself, took my mom and i order. this was not the first time she took my order with an ATTITUDE and not saying a single word to me and my mom, aggressively putting our order in, and just give my drink careless.
Husband came in at 624am on the 6th and was ticket #3070. Ordered large iced coffee and ten asst munchkins. Attention to detail needs some work. Coffee was wrong and only got glazed and jelly munchkins in the so called assorted. This is pretty upsetting. If he knew there were only 2 options of munchkins available he would've gone somewhere else. Absolutely zero chocolate munchkins. Why come there if all we are gonna do is waste money. Last 4 times we have gone there the coffee has been wrong. Not sure what happened but this place has gone way down hill. Really tired of wasting my money at this location. I'm at dunkins everyday multiple times a day and my 11000 reward points proves it. I don't normally complain but this is the 5th time in a row things have been completely messed up.

I’m not one to leave reviews. The only time I will is if I was blown away in a good way or in a SUPER negative way and let me tell you, Every.single. Time. I go here, the staff is ridiculous rude. I don’t even know why these people work this type of job if they hate it so much. Honestly, it blows me away how rude they are. And literally every single time I’ve ever gone here, it’s been the same experience. One time I Ordered a chocolate frosted donut, the response I got was “no, I can’t do that” in such a condensing tone and I was so confused. When I asked “why” I got an even more just nasty response. I’ve gone back a twice thinking I might get a better experience and it was just the same thing. It’s like you’re inconveniencing them by ordering a donut and a latte. I’ll drive the extra 5 minutes to that “walk in only “ one down the street just to avoid this place. Baffles me why anyone would hire people who just genuinely dislike other people or their job for that matter.

I actually have avoided this dunkin since last year because I notice the staff was always rude. However I was in a rush this week and stopped by twice, first day I was missing food, second day I get a horrible attitude from the same woman that was there last year doing the same thing. I’m always polite and my order is simple. Just a small coffee and two wraps. (It’s also never busy I’m the only car in the drive thru) The older lady (not sure if she’s a manager) is extremely rude all the time. I told her I’m paying with Apple Pay yesterday morning and she rolled her eyes so hard at me. She’s always huffing and puffing and just super disrespectful. I use to manage in fast food so I understand and empathize when times are stressful, but this womans attitude is ridiculous. I rather starve if I have to avoid their horrible service.
