Husband came in at 624am on the 6th and was ticket #3070. Ordered large iced coffee and ten asst munchkins. Attention to detail needs some work. Coffee was wrong and only got glazed and jelly munchkins in the so called assorted. This is pretty upsetting. If he knew there were only 2 options of munchkins available he would've gone somewhere else. Absolutely zero chocolate munchkins. Why come there if all we are gonna do is waste money. Last 4 times we have gone there the coffee has been wrong. Not sure what happened but this place has gone way down hill. Really tired of wasting my money at this location. I'm at dunkins everyday multiple times a day and my 11000 reward points proves it. I don't normally complain but this is the 5th time in a row things have been completely messed up.

I’m not one to leave reviews. The only time I will is if I was blown away in a good way or in a SUPER negative way and let me tell you, Every.single. Time. I go here, the staff is ridiculous rude. I don’t even know why these people work this type of job if they hate it so much. Honestly, it blows me away how rude they are. And literally every single time I’ve ever gone here, it’s been the same experience. One time I Ordered a chocolate frosted donut, the response I got was “no, I can’t do that” in such a condensing tone and I was so confused. When I asked “why” I got an even more just nasty response. I’ve gone back a twice thinking I might get a better experience and it was just the same thing. It’s like you’re inconveniencing them by ordering a donut and a latte. I’ll drive the extra 5 minutes to that “walk in only “ one down the street just to avoid this place. Baffles me why anyone would hire people who just genuinely dislike other people or their job for that matter.

I actually have avoided this dunkin since last year because I notice the staff was always rude. However I was in a rush this week and stopped by twice, first day I was missing food, second day I get a horrible attitude from the same woman that was there last year doing the same thing. I’m always polite and my order is simple. Just a small coffee and two wraps. (It’s also never busy I’m the only car in the drive thru) The older lady (not sure if she’s a manager) is extremely rude all the time. I told her I’m paying with Apple Pay yesterday morning and she rolled her eyes so hard at me. She’s always huffing and puffing and just super disrespectful. I use to manage in fast food so I understand and empathize when times are stressful, but this womans attitude is ridiculous. I rather starve if I have to avoid their horrible service.

I came in at 6:00 pm. ONLY 3 donut choices to choose from. Then I thought"go back in" to get a pound of REGULAR ground coffee, which they did not have. I was told come back at 4:00 am when the truck comes in! If they can't provide evening service not only for baked goods, but goods for sale they should just close for the day! In addition I would not normally say this but the manager was horrible and rude!!! She was HORRIBLE!!!

Was overcharged for drinks. Ordered 2 Watermelon Raspberry Refreshers. We asked for a little more of the Watermelon flavoring and was charged $1 extra. The item they charged us for was a "cup for pup". Took a long time and associate was not helpful. Will never come back to this location. Long wait times and associate was not helpful.

This has got to be the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been in. On July 3rd in the early morning I walk in , two people were standing there, never acknowledged me . I finally said can I place an order and one girl walked over to me, she never smiled, no pleasantries, she said what do you want. I was pretty taken aback but I gave her my order. She finally brought it to the counter and just stared at me. I said how much? I’ve never had to pull teeth to pay for a product . So today we were late heading out of town and my husband wanted some donuts, I told him not to go to that Dunkin Donuts store because they were aweful but he ignored me. He came out with the food and was so mad. He said 3 people were at the counter but they also ignored him, when he got out to the car the order was all messed up. He said I’m not going back in there, they were so rude. If I was this store owner I’d fire all of them! Just saying!!!!

This happens about 3 out of 10 visits. I go in to order at the counter and end up needing to wait 5-10 minutes after I order to get my coffee. Nothing special, just a xl hot regular coffee. Other than that the staff is great and friendly
Only had 3 choices of doughnuts. Would have bought dozen but poor choices. Coffee was good and service was good.

One of the person serving customers is really rude and racist. The young blond girl with a tatoo in her neck, ) asked for her name bit refused to provide it. I love DD , more than 20 years consuming the amazing donuts and coffee, however this has never happened, DD employees always receive you with a smile, not this time. Sorry DD you just lost a customer
