Excellent sushi offerings. Sashimi options were well priced and incredibly fresh.

Great place for a nice Japanese meal in the area. Lots of options for different tastes. Had the Tom Yum soup which was hearty with the right amount of heat. Also had the Kamakazi and dragon rolls, which were great. The staff was nice and the service was quick. Would definitely go back when u am back in the area.Parking: Decent sized lot with lots of spaces that was pretty full when I went on week night

The food was delicious. I was surprised how busy it was for a Sunday afternoon at 2pm, but we got right in and thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

The sushi is always amazing quality. Gyoza are dynamite. Stir fried chicken rice is delicious. Have been a half a dozen times and it's always consistently great! It's worth the 35 minute drive from quiet corner for this sushi. We will be back!

The food was a 4/5 The service 4/5 The ambiance a little hectic but still 3.7/5 Now the price is higher than average and they mention that the price you see on the menu may not be the actual price you pay because it has not been updated. Well maybe it's about time. I still come back because of limited decent Sushi options in Western MA and this is definitely one of them.

Mouthwatering sushi! As a sushi enthusiast, this place ranks high among my favorites. The rolls boast freshness and are crafted with top-notch ingredients. Although the prices lean towards the higher side, the quality justifies it. For those familiar with the restaurant, a hidden gem lies in the ability to request special rolls not listed on the regular menu--they'll gladly prepare them for you! The service is consistently excellent, although on busy nights, a bit of patience may be required, which is understandable.

I usually never leave reviews, but tonight was a dinner for a birthday and we had Lauren as our server. She seemed irritated and all over the place when she greeted the table. Through out our dinner she was a little snappy and rude. We explained at the beginning the three ways to split the bill and she said at least 20 times “I’m going to do my best” about splitting the bill. She took the order, seeming annoyed the entire time, and told us she was writing it in the check order we gave her. Then came time to pay. She put everything together and then dropped off three copies telling us to figure it out and let her know. Her best was mediocre and there was no effort. I work in the service industry so it takes a lot for me to actually get upset, but the service was horrible and made the entire dinner for everyone horrible. If your restaurant isn’t able to accommodate larger parties, they shouldn’t be accepted or a server with more experience should be taking the parties.

We usually do take out, they are usually very good. There is an occasional mess up, but not often. They also cater to GF so that makes it our go-to sushi spot. My husband says the non GF items are much more tasty lol. Prices have hiked a bit since covid so we don't frequent as much as we used to...but I do recommend this

Ordered takeout online ahead of time for a specified time. Order was still over 30 minutes late. Hate having my time wasted. It's cool, I have nothing else to do with my life besides sit on an empty takeout waiting room listening to blaring elevator music for half of a gd hour lol.Have to give 3 stars because the food was truly really really good.

I've been told that food here is amazing. I tried a couple of the rolls and they were tasty! Will invite a few of my colleagues next time.

We have been going to Kaizen for several years and have always enjoyed the wonderful sushi. Particularly enjoy the Tuna Tataki. However, we are extremely disappointed with their recent business decision to no longer accept reservations. Unfortunately we live an hour away and it’s simply too far to drive to not be guaranteed a table.Parking: Not enough spotsKid-friendliness: Could use a kid’s menu, limited options
