I just wanna write a review about McDonald's in Sturbridge. It's great there. I always have a great experience, but this morning was exceptional. The manager who I don't know her name came out to give me my soda because they were helping a person in front of me! She went above and beyond! This was Friday 1024 2025. That helps to know who the manager might've been! Thank you for all your great service.

The dining room was supposed to be open, but it wasn't. All of the chairs were upside-down on top of the tables. The orders made for burgers and fries came to me ice cold and stale. It was neither hot (as required), nor was it even lukewarm. It was simply gross. As someone who has worked at McDonald's in my life, I expect a lot better from them.

The service is ALWAYS VERY slow and the people that work there tend to be rude and frustrated and my order is always missing something whether it's sauce or a burger or fries I always have to go back in so make sure you check your order before you leave!!

Again, I’m not a crazy McDonald’s review person. I come here when I’m traveling and need emergency food 😂 - crazy weather today too, needed to get out of the crazy rain. Sadly chicken nuggets were hard and rubbery and the fries are tasting a little chemically these days. I’m guessing it because I hardly ever eat fast food and when you don’t you eat McDonald’s blend of vegetable oils, including canola, soybean, corn, and a small amount of hydrogenated soybean oil- you notice that it’s not quite beef tallow. Friendly staff and clean. (I rate fast food on a fast food level, not actual restaurant reviews…)

The food was ok but the place smelled like old burger grease. Considering the area of the place and the amount of traffic it sees daily, the dining room should be cleaned more attentively to look welcoming/presentable. The restrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Either hire more staff or have your employees do their job.
Service was relatively quick and pleasant considering it was right after dinner time.
Always screw up your order. Stupid app never works. The employees talk like truckdrivers cussing loudly. Not very family friendly.

I had to wait a little for my food, but the staff and manager handled it professionally and made my day. This is night and day compared to the Woburn branch I work near. That woburn branch made me wait 40 minutes and got my order wrong. Thank you everyone.

The manager was working the drive through and she was on it! Super accurate, fast, and nice. Food was hot and fast. She was just super competent - I had to write a review. Even the ice coffee was perfect which usually never happens. I think her name was Alexandra or Alessandra - the morning of July 6th - great work!
