Again, I’m not a crazy McDonald’s review person. I come here when I’m traveling and need emergency food 😂 - crazy weather today too, needed to get out of the crazy rain. The food was ok but the place smelled like old burger grease. Considering the area of the place and the amount of traffic it sees daily, the dining room should be cleaned more attentively to look welcoming/presentable.
The restrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Either hire more staff or have your employees do their job.
Service was relatively quick and pleasant considering it was right after dinner time.

I had to wait a little for my food, but the staff and manager handled it professionally and made my day. This is night and day compared to the Woburn branch I work near. That woburn branch made me wait 40 minutes and got my order wrong. Thank you everyone.
