There outdoor bar is perfect. The drinks are even better. Woke up on the nearby beach. Will be back for more tonight

They neglected to tell us I moved into the hotel, The neglected to tell us they were on a reduced menu, and then to top it all off they were out of half of the menu, I did get a steak. A steak was okay. Not that great.

Tried to place an order at 8:15 pm and they close at 9. No one picked up. I walked in at 8:30 to place an order in person. They said it was too late. Meanwhile there’s a dance conference and that’s still going on. They’re missing a lot of business.

One of my favorite places to eat. ♡ I enjoy the turkey dinner and pot roast.

Menu was limited. What we had was very good. The waitress was amazing doing a perfect job with a lot of tables. Would definitely be back when we are in the area.

What a sorry excuse of a restaurant. Very limited menu, and at 6pm had 'run out' of 3 of our party of 4's choices, leaving us to settle for what was left! My wife loves a good Reuben sandwich - oops, sorry, all out. The classic turkey dinner then? - oops, sorry, only one serving remains. You two guests will need to decide who gets it. (How awkward!) The fish then? - oops, sorry, all gone... You get the drift here: Oxhead is open, but no one is doing the shopping! Why bother being open then?I know the pandemic has been hard on the restaurants industry but if you're open, be ready to serve.'The Oxhead' - never has been great, but now seems the food is just an after-thought. Oops - Sorry, all out of good things to say.

The floors and tables were sticky, they had a very limited menu and half of what we chose was not available. The food we did get was not enjoyable, only 2 waitresses. I am definitely not going back.

Our server was very good. Food we had was very good. Only 4 stars because of the holiday. Ran out of many entree items. Atmosphere was very nice.

Great service, drinks and food other than my salmon wrap. Not sure if it was the salmon or the greens inside but this mother's day I ended up with food poisoning. Literally everything else was good though so I feel convinced it was not their fault.

Very rare that I really enjoy a restaurant.. this place is fantastic, rustic, nice, service was GREAT food was fresh all at a reasonable price... I'm going back..

NO STARS, I gave a star because I had to. Horrible experience, RUDE customer service, waitress never introduced herself, took drink orders placed them on table with attitude, never returned to take orders, waited for 30 mins after I noticed another customer was upset and explaining to another waitress his displeasure with the service. That was my sign to not stay with my family. My kids didn’t feel comfortable. Was not a good start to our vacation. Would NOT recommend this place. Ever!! We were not the only ones that left. I will never return.

We really enjoyed the food and the service was perfect! The view of Cedar pond is really cool also! A really convenient walk from the Host Hotel, which was also really fun!Willette's Optical Paradise Approved ?
