One of the best Panera’s I’ve been to. Got all my salad modifications correct! Fresh ingredients.

We travel by car up and down East Coast several times each year, and if we need quick, healthier option for breakfast or lunch we choose Panera over any other fast food. Of the at least 12 Panera locations we have stopped at over the past several years, this Sturbridge MA location is our favorite. It is relatively new so I hope they continue to maintain it. The layout is well designed, the dining area, counters, displays, and open kitchen appear clean and well maintained. Clean bathrooms at this location which unfortunately can't be said at other Paneras these days. Staff is very nice, helpful and they strive for a clean professional appearance (starting to decline in other Panera locations). Outside patio tables and furniture need refresh, as they were a bit dirty and broken. Plenty of parking available. Drive thru option. 5 star.

We have been waiting forever for 2 sandwiches and soup. This is absurd. So hungry and this place is ridiculous. The company should be offering me a free meal at this point.
Great food, service, etc.

If you’re dreaming of the paneras from a decade ago, this is where you should go. Most Panera’s have gone downhill fast the last few years, but we stopped here on a road trip and it was just what Panera used to be. It was super clean, the food was fresh and well presented and the workers were so friendly! Highly recommend this Panera and here’s to hoping more paneras bring back quality like this one!
Food is decent. Service could be better and quicker.

I went through the driev-thru to get my free drink as part of the Sip Club.
We usually get lunch once a week here and the food is very good, a but pricey, but good.

Salad was ok. Avocados were discolored. Bread was very old. Ordered two salads. The bread was just thrown in the bottle on the bag. Other locations will at least keep the bread clean and in a sm paper bag. Surprised at how old the bread was. I won’t go back to this locations when there are others that use fresh breads.

Great salad 🥗. Clean. Quick service. For a fast food place this was great. I enjoyed my salad. The others like what the two half portion combos they got. Bathroom was clean.

Prices are insane! $6.29 for a cup of soup is absolutely ridiculous. I went somewhere else, had a cup of soup, a burger with fries and a drink for only $10.99.
awesome place to stop by—both for the food and the people. I come here almost every other day, usually for their refreshing iced tea (which is hard to find here in New England!) or for one of their great salads.
The staff always make the experience better, and I want to give special recognition to Devon. He consistently goes above and beyond with his customer service and always does it with a smile. His friendly attitude and professionalism make every visit enjoyable.
Highly recommend this Panera for anyone looking for good food, great drinks, and amazing staff!

We had a pleasant experience here. The only issue was finding the entrance to the parking lot. There no signage telling patrons where to enter.
FYI... Turn onto New Boston Road.
