awesome place to stop by—both for the food and the people. I come here almost every other day, usually for their refreshing iced tea (which is hard to find here in New England!) or for one of their great salads.

The staff always make the experience better, and I want to give special recognition to Devon. He consistently goes above and beyond with his customer service and always does it with a smile. His friendly attitude and professionalism make every visit enjoyable.

Highly recommend this Panera for anyone looking for good food, great drinks, and amazing staff!

We had a pleasant experience here. The only issue was finding the entrance to the parking lot. There no signage telling patrons where to enter.
FYI... Turn onto New Boston Road.

There’s absolutely no reason why anyone would be waiting 10+ in the drivethru waiting on sandwiches and soups. DO BETTER

It's Panera Bread. You either like it or you don't. It happens we like it for a quick light meal. We were traveling and had a late lunch here. It was as good as usual.

I waited 15 minutes for a bowl of French onion soup! The “soup” was absolutely disgusting! French onion soup is supposed to have a layer of broiled cheese on top… what I was served had a table spoon of shredded cheese on top that was mix in. When I questioned the team behind the counter about it they ALL said “the cheese will milt in the soup”. I PAID $10 for CRAP!

We waited 25 minutes for our food. So slow it’s not worth it.

The reason for this bad review is purely on maintaining the property. 6 months ago I hit this street light pedestal in the dark. It is poorly marked, as you can see by my pictures, and the height of the pedestal is very low. Let me add that there is no longer a light as someone knocked it over. Not only that, as seen by the pictures MANY people have hit it.

The people in Panera bread were very kind to us.

Never imagined the amount of damage to my car. I parked where the blue car is parked, barely hit my gas and caused my tie rod to snap.

The pedestal is poorly marked. Reflector is not high enough and does not reflect in the dark.

I hoped that after 6 months it would be fixed. But traveling through again 6 months later it is still not fixed.

The owner of this property should fix the issue. He knows about it as I watched him the morning after come to the hotel and look at it as I was waiting for my tow and uber.

Absolutely, negligent of the owner. I’m almost at 800 Google reviews, I never have experienced such negligence to a property.

Always drop by Panera if I need to work on my laptop. Ample space. No one bothers you. Food is always average and bit expensive.

Just waited at the drive through window for 9 minutes (16 minutes total in the drive through line) for 2 scones, that I ordered on the app 11 minutes before getting in line. They were sitting at the window waiting to be handed to me while numerous workers walked by, chatted, and saw to other tasks. As the cherry on top, no apology or excuse was offered. The worker just gave me an angry face, I can only assume this was in response to the expression I had on my face. Done with this place. I’ll find somewhere else when I’m in this area.
