By far the worst service you could possibly manage. No where even close to busy. Yet all "subway" employees that you can tell are working for subway are all in back. One comes out notices 3 of us in line. Instead of helping the customer. Subway walks over to pilot counter and gets one of the cashiers to come do the work while she just stands there talking. No working on next Customer or the current customer. So my turn in line comes up and I'm treated as tho I'm not even standing there she continues to conversate with pilot employees. So I decide to go find something else No need to fatten pockets of a company who don't care to take care of their own customers. Any management curious look at yall cameras from 630 to 700pm 2/12/23. You'll see those who drove away bussiness

I just wanted to announce how racist your cashier was on this date Aug 7th 2022 10:09 am she was totally rude I couldn’t even get a cup of jalapeños or eggs and she was so rude about it I even told her well yesterday they gave them to me and she totally caught an attitude like if you don’t want to do your job get lost ma’am we pay for your customer service not for your attitude

Employee was unable to complete my transaction at the register. She was able to tell me I had a $25 balance on one of my subway gift cards, and $4 on the other, but when the transaction was declined, she couldn't explain it.It is not the customer's fault the card machine is giving error messages that cannot be understood by the employee--and the employee on this evening didn't even offer an apology.I had just worked a 12 hr shift at the local hospital and didn't have my wallet on me--only the gift cards in my car console--it is only thanks to the complete stranger in line after me that I was able to bring home a sandwich for my son. No thanks to the employee, who took the sandwiches away at the register. Thank you kind soul for buying us dinner... God bless!
