worst experience i have ever had a restaurant food appetizers took an hour because of our bartender. drinks took another hour. terrible bartender had no idea what he was doing. was very disappointed because the girl that usually runs the bar is fantastic. no managers in sight, bartenders did not ask us for drinks when our cups were empty. absolutely horrible will never be back.

Had an amazing lunch at Uno of Sturbridge, Mass this Saturday! The whole team was attentive to us throughout our meal, including on water refills on a hot day! They were able to accommodate our request to sit by a specific TV. The thin crust pepperoni pizza is an outstanding addition to the menu. This was my wife's first time at Uno and it definitely exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to return!

Good spot, easy to he seated at noon on a Sunday. Pizzas done well, fresh ingredients. Great service. Very attentive and timely. We actually ate a lot before I remembered to take pictures!
Missing one star for the broken heater with exposed wires I saw under our table, as we left. Happy to amend this review once I know this has been fixed.
Chicken parm was awful the chicken was OK but the pasta with it tasted nasty. Definitely not coming back what a waste

I order on ubereat a burger with fries and a kids mac & cheese with a soda, so first the fries were burn and mac & cheese did not have any cheese and did not came with the soda $28 total does not worth the money for the food and service.

My fiance and I don't get out much, so we went out last night to unos with my mom. I normally LOVE this unos, but the food last night was absolutely preposterous. My spaghetti was overcooked, but my meetballs were ice cold, when I told our server, she brought the kitchen back my meetballs and all they did was microwave them. My mother's pasta was ice cold, so she had it taken back, just to receive over cooked, over salted pasta. My mother and I couldn't even eat our meals. My fiance ORDERED a medium rare burger and RECEIVED a well done burger, although he chose that he could still eat it, it was NOT what we ordered. Our server was BEYOND AMAZING. I have absolutely ZERO complaints about HER. the FOOD on the other hand? I have never been more upset coming here. This was my favorite unos.
