Twice this month we went to UNO's. Once on a Monday night and again last night 9/14/25. For years we have gone there and always sit in the bar area. The last two times we were told the bartender was working alone so they couldn't take any more customers. On that Monday, we agreed to be seated in the dining room although most of the booths in the bar were empty. There were not many parties in the dining room either, but the service was terrible. We sat without drinks for a long time, waited forever for water while we watched our server play on his phone & the food was delivered cold by other servers. That meal cost 4 people approx $170. So last night when we were told the same thing about sitting in the dining room we refused and said we'd patiently sit in the bar. That we were not in a hurry. We wouldn't rush the bartender. After 10 minutes without a menu, we saw the bartender pointing right at us and yelling at the hostess making it obvious he wasn't happy. We ordered after about 30 minutes. Ice tea, water & 2 bowls of soup. It took an hour. The bar was NOT full nor were all the booths. We didn't complain as we said we wouldn't, but we were actually punished for wanted to sit in the 1/2 empty bar. We always enjoyed going to UNOs. But 2 times in a row being treating as a total inconvenience was enough. We will no longer be going to UNOs.

usually pretty good but tonight they messed up the order i ALWAYS get...TWICE. How do you interpret a thin crust cheese pizza with no sauce to mean i want a DEEP DISH with a sauce substitute?? and then they remake it and its still a deep dish but im starving so i have to deal with it.

Got there at 10:25 pm on Tuesday the 19th of Aug they close at 11:00 pm the place was empty we ordered the Shrimp and crab dip and a Numero Uno deep dish pizza waited 25 minutes and they delivered both appetizer and pizza at same time now remember we were the only one's there the appetizer was barely warm and it lacked Shrimp and the pizza was not edible it had a layer of liquid under the crust that made it so soggy that you could not possibly eat it without A fork by this time it was 11:00 we asked for a manager and she stated that that was normal we have eaten at Uno's numerous times and have never been this dissatisfied she did comp us for the meal but we still have not eaten and everything is closed now If they didn't want to serve us they could of just said they were closing and we would of went somewhere else I can understand why now they had no other patrons and that Manerger did not handle it very well .We will never go to the Uno's in Sturbridge again

Me and my friend got takeout from Unos and the host said named zach was the first person we saw and spoke to. Zach was extremely attentive and kind He was very quick to get us what we needed, and with a smile on his face nonetheless. What a very warm and welcoming host to have a Unos

The service and food were terrible. This was one of the worst meals we had. It took a very long time to get our appetizer and food. It looked like there was only one waitress for our section. The steak was overcooked and did not come with the mushrooms that it was supposed to and the onion soup was too salty to finish. Our waitress did not return to see how our food was. We have been regular customers but will no longer return. It should not take over a half hour to get an appetizer Our food was terrible.
