Absolute garbage. In fact, would have been better off eating out of the garbage. They sell you drinks and then go to the drink machine and they’re out of most things. Staff couldn’t care less. I’d try for a refund if I thought they could figure out how to do it. Lesson learned on my part - never again, I was better off hungry.

Unfortunately, this location has gone downhill. The issues start before you even walk in—trash cans outside are overflowing. Inside, the floor is slippery and dirty, and I had to clean my own table just to sit down.
The condiment and utensil station was completely empty—no straws, no lids, and no utensils. The soda machine is often out of order or empty, so even getting a drink is frustrating. Tables and chairs are wobbly, and when walking past the food prep area, I noticed trash on the floor, puddles of liquid, and dirty counters where food is being prepared.
Overall, the restaurant feels unclean and poorly maintained. Because of this, I don’t feel confident that the food is being handled properly. Sadly, I will not be returning until there is a major improvement in cleanliness and upkeep.

Meh. I got spicy nuggets here and they were SO OLD they tasted stale. It was just before 3pm. So they could be, what? 4 hours old at most??? But they tasted 4 days old. And they for sure weren't even warm. I'll never go back to this location- there are better ones by far
Plain spicy chicken sandwich should include the bread, not just the chicken paddy. The double cheeseburger I ordered is not supposed to be a bacon cheeseburger. They forgot some of our items as well. This Wendy's is not good and will disregard your order and fill it however they want.

Atmosphere should be zero stars because there is trash and graffiti everywhere not a very inviting first impression. Felt like we're in the inner City but we're really in Sturbridge. Can tell the owners just let it go and don't care. They probably own a bunch of franchises and never go to any of them.
