This is one of the worst Wendy's I've been to. It's chronically understaffed and now they've replaced staff with an AI at the ordering window. The AI does not work well and is very frustrating. The quality of the food is also very inconsistent, sometimes it's acceptable (not great), and other times real bad. Overall, bad Wendy's and the franchise owners seem to not care about quality or service.

Not even worthy of a star... Completely disgusting in there - where is the heath department? The soda machine is caked with filth, dining area gross, the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in weeks...
If this is how the common areas look, I can only imagine what the kitchen here is like. Absolutely disgusting. Close.

Food was good. Extremely short staffed and bathroom was out of toilet paper. Also doors were too strong closers and couldn't get in/out of the bathroom independently in my manual wheelchair.

Dined in for lunch. Not a well managed location. Very dirty inside, tables were filthy and garbage all over the floor. One working machine which had spillage everywhere. Bathrooms disgusting with over flowing trash and filthy floors. No sauce, condiments or napkins. Absolutely freezing, must have been 50 degrees inside.

Disgusting absolutely disgusting. My order was wrong twice the fries were burnt, tasting and cold. The lack of service is disgusting when AI is basically doing all of your work the place should be condemned

We ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger deluxe and a Single with cheese at the drive thru. Both burgers came with ripped Patty's and little care in assembly. They were a mess. French fries were half full.
This place is a circus at night. 6 people working in the kitchen and nobody would take my order for over 10 minutes. I spent 13 bucks on a 4 piece tender meal and to my surprise they served me all the small pieces at the end of the bag. Thanks for an order of popcorn chicken which was all breading and no chicken. Miserable workers who don't care about serving the customer what they paid for. Save yourself the waste of time and money
