Very cute ice cream shop! Plenty of parking and nice clean bathrooms. Lots of flavors of ice cream to choose from. Several that I had never seen anywhere else! The shop inside is cute and trendy. The outside area is also nice with several yard games. Ice cream was delicious!! Will be back!

Wicked Licks has a fun and inviting atmosphere. It is very clean and has fun seasonal decor. I was however disappointed in the actual item I was there for; the ice cream. Wicked Licks gets points for creativity for interesting flavor combinations and having a non dairy option that isn't Italian ice or sorbet. The ice cream itself is disheartening. The ice cream had many small chunks of ice in it. Now that could have been because the ice cream I selected was nearly empty however my friend picked ice cream from a nearly full container and it had small chunks of ice in it too. The presence of the ice gave the ice cream a crunchy texture and over all was not a pleasant experience. From observation it appears that the owners are very passionate about creating or investing in new flavor experiences for their customers. They run a clean and neat establishment. Maybe I will try again in another year and see if they can improve their ice cream making.

I've been visiting this place with my family since they opened. We love their ice cream, and the quality is very high. Serving sizes are perfect for our little kids. The only con would be to increase the serving size for adults as it is very tiny.

I had a disappointing experience at this ice cream shop. We ordered a small ice cream and were charged nearly $15. The young cashier was incredibly rude, displaying poor customer service and an unwelcoming attitude. When I questioned the price, she responded with visible irritation and did not offer a receipt unless I specifically asked for it.
After leaving the store, we learned from another customer that they had paid only $4 for the same item. We returned to the shop. I spoke with an older woman, presumably the owner, who explained that we were charged for a milkshake we never ordered. Although she eventually refunded us, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the poor service. Overall, the lack of professionalism and customer care was extremely disappointing. Ice cream was good, (very small scoop tho) but I won’t go back.

The ice cream was super creamy and flavourful. The sever was very nice and quick when getting our ice cream! The inside of the place had lots of pretty decorations it was very cute and cozy. The price is also kinda cheap! I would 100% recomend! Im in love with this place!!!!

The portion size versus the cost is kinda crazy. The 1 scoop they give you is laughable. Are they using a melon baller as a scooper? They do say premium ice cream, but its honestly nothing special. I will be surprised if they last once everyone in the area has tried it once.
