Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

David was very helpful made my night service was impeccable every one of my needs was met made my night will definitely be coming back!!

Went out for dinner. The couple before us left as they hadn't seated them. We got seated the completely ignored for the next 10 minutes. We left and went to the Chinese place across the street where we were seated immediately and served in minutes.

I've been there twice since August both experiences were not great. First time the manager and the waitress was very rude. Just last time we had Matt as our server only allow me to use one gift card not two then told me they should deduct $5 off of the gift card no one else in this world does that.Gina spiers is a very true experienced waitress she's always been great.. never been so disappointed ?

I hate to leave a bad review,but have no choice.I ordered to go from Bertucci's on 9/29/24.I ordered and paid online.
When I went to pick it up,there was literally noone working the front,the bar,or the hostess stand.When The worker finally did come out,(to a huge line of people who were not being helped),noone's order was ready.She then disappeared into the kitchen for about 25 minutes .(I'm guessing to help with the to go orders).Which is fine,but there was literally noone working the front.No manager anywhere in sight.
The only waitress working was trying to greet and seat as best as possible.(not her fault).Clearly,there was noone in charge,or running the show.Strange for a sunday night.People were walking out because they were sick of waiting.when I finally got my food,(after waiting 25 minutes after the time it was promised to be done),I realized they gave me a tiny portion of pasta that was supposed to go with the $25.00 chicken parm I ordered.The chicken was fine,but they really skimped on the pasta for some reason.I understand they were probally short staffed,but there was no manager,host,supervisor,or bartender????.It was not the girl doing the to go's fault either.She was a young kid,and clearly overworked and overwhelmed.
I wish i had never ordered from there,as it wasted lots of time,and i got ripped off on pasta.I wouldv'e just walked out,but had pre paid my order.
This place really needs a manager to oversee things.

I couldn't rate the food, there were literally 3 tables occupied, the entire restaurant was empty, and three times they told me to wait a moment and they never attended to us.

Great food & deals... Especially cannolis for dessert!!!

Over all I thought Absolutely Terrible
Last visit a year ago, it was awful then
I used to love this Bertuccis
So Disappointed!

Ordered spinach and artichoke dip online. The portion was tiny for $16.99 - I called asking if they gave the wrong portion, thinking maybe they gave lunch portion by accident, but was told the “pan is big so we don’t fill it”. It wasn’t even a quarter inch off the bottom, can’t imagine the lunch portion. They offered to make a new one but we weren’t going to drive back just for another small portion. After hanging up we realized they never gave us the artisan bread it is supposed to come with - just 4 dinner rolls. Odd experience.

We had a work lunch and enjoyed the Ultimate Bertucci pizza and Sausage Soup...it was soo good! Our waitress Stephanie was extremely accommodating and prompt with our food. We will be back!

Gina and her manger Dolly are amazing!! Going way above and beyond what is expected of them. As always the food was fabulous!! My family comes here very frequently and have never had any issues. If I could give more then five stars I would.

My husband and I just got back from our Bertucci in Swampscott, Mass. We had Stephanie as our server. She was a great server.
We bought the buy one get one pizza specials on Tuesday. We bought the Sporkie and the Ultimate. Both we done perfect with plenty on each.
We then had a coupon to celebrate our anniversary. She brought us a large piece of Chocolate Mousse Cake.
Loved working with Stephanie. She was so attentive to us and made our visit very special.
