Food and service went down the hill, especially the bathroom "smells like shit" floor looks disgusting! My first and last, especially the young teenage waitress "female" rushing with my meal and cashing out?! If, you don't like be waitressing then don't be a waitress! They need to hire a better who can serve and be more professional person who not only looking for the money not for the service.

Food was eh. There was a manager in the front doing nothing and he yelled at a girl who was eating to seat my wife and I. Guy was dressed like a slob clothes didn't fit and he yelled at the girl infront of everyone.

Great first time there. Our server Gina was amazing so attentive and friendly. My grandson who's 6 1/2 had the best time loved his dinner kids ravioli. I had the mozzarella app marinara sauce love it.. had a great time will be going back soon.

Absolute amazing service! Gina is so attentive and kind. She was amazing with my daughter and with our entire dining experience. Even on a slow night she didn't skip a beat and had the greatest attitude! We will be visiting Gina and Bertucci's Swampscott again!

Service was not very good today, normally when we get a pizza it is served very hot, But today it was barely lukewarm, and could just pick it up without the Spatula. And our waitress forgot to bring us drinks. Understandable if they were busy, but they were not. And we could see our waitress standing by the bar playing with her cell phone. Normally the service has been better in the past.

Just had postmates deliver from this Swampscott Bertucchis, I would give it less than a zero if it were such a thing! The Pizza was tasteless , the salad was completely rotten ! All of the lettuce was wilted and brown . Totally never going back.

Glad to find a Bertucci's that was still open. Although the restaurant looked closed from the outside, it's OPEN for business. It's one of my favorite restaurants. The rolls were to die for. I had a lunch special with a nice salad, rolls and a large plate of spaghetti with meat balls. The sauce was tangy and a little sweet. The meatballs were not too spicy but very flavorful. Totally delicious and a great portion size. The pizzas are excellent, as are the many appetizers. There was a bar and takeout. My server was great. She chatted with me and helped me to figure out what I wanted. She also brought the highlight of the meal, a pan of rolls. The restaurant had Italian decor and a bar at the front. Great experience.Parking: Large shopping center lot with Handicap spots.
Place was completely empty besides one other table which is fine but worth mentioning.I tried to order a bottled beer ( which happened to be the beer on the front cover of the drink menu) and they were "out" so I made another two attempts for a beer and those two also were out. I then said "well what do you have on tap then" I was told that ALL the tap beers were out of order. At this point I stood up walked the bar myself and looked in the mini fridge. There was three or Four beers to chose from I ended up with a Corona.Anyways I then ordered some food a Chicken Parmesan and was not very good at all! I had a 20$ gift card here and that was the only reason I was there. I wouldn't go back even if I had another gift card. Hope this helps. Waitress was Nice though
