Bruce Silverlieb the Party

You WILL NOT find a better caterer than Bruce and his team. From start to finish, his services were superior than any other caterer. For our wedding consultation, Bruce sat with us and we walked through everything including him customizing a full menu based on our ideas/favorite foods on the spot. He was communicative, professional and most of all knowledgeable. His staff were absolutely fantastic to work with. Many of our guests told us that we had the best wedding food they have ever had (highly recommend his ahi tuna boats and his lamp chop appetizers). They compared their steak entree to that of a steak house in Boston. He also rented us the linens and arranged for all of the rentals. Bruce is worth all the money and more, and I would encourage anyone to work with him for their events.

We just used Bruce for our son's Bar Mitzvah party. The food was OUTSTANDING! We received tons of compliments on the food the entire evening. Hors d'oeuvres were creative and delish. We came up with such a unique menu that went with our theme. We also rented linens and chairs from Bruce. One stop shopping. He's been in business for a long time and definitely knows what he is doing. He's a perfectionist and an expert. A real pleasure to work with too. I would use Bruce Silverlieb again without a doubt!
