My daughter and I are always looking for a good restaurant for sushi. Maki, ect. Chi was a wonderful treat, and both of us agreed that it's one of the best in the area! We shared maki and makimono. And I had a mixed drink. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted incredible. We will most definitely be going back.

This place opens at 11:45am and I called at 11:26am to ask about their portion sizes. The call lasted 46 seconds after the person that answered the phone stated she “could not understand me” and hung up on me. I thought, no big deal. They open soon so I’ll just go order in person.The person in the front counter was extremely rude claiming I should order a certain way and not base my order from their online menu because “the menu is always changing” and to top it off, they somehow managed to miss an item that she read back to me to confirm. First impressions are important and this one left no desire to come back.

DATE. March 1st at 1735 hrs Lady behind counter had terrible attitude towards my wife and me. They cooked the wrong meals, both of us became mildly ill. WILL NEVER, REPEAT..... WILL NEVER GIVE THAT RESTAURANT OUR PATRONAGE. OTHER RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA, WHICH ARE ALSO CHEAPER.

I ordered a beef dish and a tofu dish for delivery, they didn’t include any rice to accompany the dishes. There was no indication when I ordered that I would need to order rice separately. I have ordered from them many times in a row. They don’t seem to take care of their customers.

Normally I would rate this place a solid 4/5.. i regularly order the duck fried rice and shrimp tempura sushi but as of lately the duck fried rice either has way less rice and meat. Not one to write reviews but after having only 1 piece of duck and only skin in my meal today I had to say something after months of not complaining

Great atmosphere. Delicious food. The robot waiter was a cool futuristic addition to the service. Great place for a friends or family reunion , or the office meeting over Japanese lunch.

The food was really good, if basic, and I really enjoyed my cocktail immensely too. I don't recall cost so that probably means it was average/reasonable. I don't remember service either, which, as someone with a hospitality background, tells me it was not stellar nor subpar. Memorable things are entirely so because they are memorable, and I can't really say that for this place in particular. BUT, by the same token, the food and drink was definitely solid, and it was my first (and so far only) time to have a back-waiter bot, literally, so that's definitely memorable! Haha! I'd go again, and more than once, too. Friends really love it. I feel a bit bad not giving five stars as there is absolutely nothing wrong with the place, so it's at least a solid four. Nothing is totally standout but also every part of the experience is either quite good or at least acceptable. To be fair, I give big credit for the originality which I don't see here, BUT also to be fair I give big credit to places that produce good quality which I DO see here (at least considering food taste; the ambience and service is "fine" as in nothing special and nothing bad). Long story short, I am much more likely to patronize a place continually if it satisfies me, than a very cool concept that isn't well executed or misses the mark. So by that consideration, easily four stars, here.

The food is great and the place itself has a great atmosphere. The only complaint I have is how long I waited for water/food to arrive. The service isn’t the best but it’s a great dinner spot overall. They even have a little robot employee, took me by surprise but it’s so cute!

Nice atmosphere here and always good service but we plan to cut back on our weekly trips here as their prices have gone up significantly and the amount of food per plate has gone down. Chi used to be well priced to the quality of food. It no longer is. We have other choices in town ( we love Little G) and we plan to take advantage of those

The service and food here is fantastic. The juicy pork buns were an absolute must try. The sushi and everything on the menu never ceases to surprise me with how good it tastes. I love the ambiance they have beautiful chandeliers and a very modern restaurant style. I am definitely going to come here again.
