Came here several times when I lived in the area, and it was constantly a different experience. Online ordering was a nightmare. If they ran out of what you ordered, they would change your order and not tell you so you wouldn't find out until you got home. They also took absolutely forever to get your order done, you'd be waiting up to 30 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. They would not place the orders on the shelf for you to be able to grab, so you would have to be acknowledged by an employee (which always took forever) to be able to get your order as it sat there and got cold. Ordering in person was a significantly better experience at this location, sometimes you'd wait awhile but at least your order would be right and you'd get it while it was still warm. Workers always gave good portions too. However, I am only giving 2 stars due to how bad their online ordering service is.

Don’t even get me started, went in there expecting to get my burrito per usual and to my surprise i wasn’t allowed to get it double wrapped. I asked for a double warp right away, the worker looked at me put one wrap down and automatically put white rice (without asking). that just rubbed me the wrong way immediately and (to no one’s surprise) my burrito fell apart. would not recommend ordering a burrito if the workers are having a bad day.🤨🌯❌❌

Erica went above and beyond and was super kind i really appreciated that she noticed the portion size was on the smaller side and she was very quick to fix that for us and make sure we were getting what we paid for! Understaffed Sept 25th, 6-8 delivery drivers in the lobby, people waited 30-40mins for their online order, main lobby food station ran out of ingredients as well. - very poorly managed.

Rude as hell. Literally yelled “Hellooooo” to me because I didn’t know my order was ready, despite showing up well after the time it should have been ready. I was only here for a DoorDash but glad to know to never go here now
I get double chicken every time and if you are not there to watch them or tell them double chicken they will give you half of one serving when you order it for delivery. Pay extra for more food all the time and get less than a normal serving.

This place never has anyone attending to the cleaning at all there’s always trash overflowing out of there barrels and the tables are constantly covered in food never been wiped down . Everytime I have gone in the day time between 2-4pm they run out of food with no return around for fresh food it’s sad

This chipotle is so buns I have to write a review on it. They barely put any chicken and steak and they don’t know how to wrap a burrito. Worst chipotle in Mass by far go to the one at northshore mall instead.

This chipotle has gone down hill and it’s now not good at all.
The workers consistently struggle to understand me and take my order. And they can’t roll the burrito correctly. I’ve not gotten multiple burritos where the tortilla was folded over once then smashed into the aluminum foil.
Considering the only function of a chipotle worker from the customer side is to take the order, then wrap the burrito, I think this is unacceptable.
In addition the portion sizes vary wildly and are often very small in comparison to previous years.
Going to this chipotle is an annoying experience to say the least whereas it should be very simple and convenient. Not to mention how expensive it is now.
