This location went downhill and keeps plummeting. The amount of times I’ve picked up food or had it delivered; 9/10 times it was wrong or a slop of food. Workers typically show low work ethic and mope around like they don’t want to work. Rarely ever get help in person, items always missing when having it delivered.

Next time they skimp on an online order I’m coming back in and management will be held responsible it it getting worse and worse. I come in here every week and it only keeps declining they are the worst chipotle by far around the are def avoid

They had no bowls ONLY BURRITOS OK! The amount of food they serve is horrible I have been coming here for about 2 years and 2 years ago you got your money worth the bowls were filled to the top Now it’s horrible if you get a full spoon of rice your lucky and that goes for every thing else you ask for horrible! Management needs to step in and train that staff much better! Definitely would not be back there!

Honestly taking a little pride in cleaning up the dining room and restroom is just kinda expected. This place is just constantly unclean and dirty.
As others have mentioned the employees can be extremely rude and disrespectful if you simply ask questions.
Please don't waste your money or time on this utterly disgusting restaurant.

I was there Friday night on this shift, the service is terrible, they have loud music and I feel that the music is inappropriate, where they cannot hear what you order and you have to shout so that they themselves can hear. A horrible experience not eating it 👎👎👎👎

Today 01/22/25 at 3:10 in the afternoon I went to eat at this restaurant, everything is terrible, I paid with 100 dollars and ordered a plate of food that cost me 40 dollars (they robbed me) the plate was not worth more than 17 dollars, when I received my change I didn't count and I thought that the cashier had given me my receipt and my change, when I ate I was going to check my bill and see my change when it turns out that she had only returned me 60 dollars I go where the girl asks me for my bill and she tells me that she can't because she doesn't have paper, it's a great shame that people are like that, it's a huge problem that this restaurant hired such disgraced people, it's a shame that you can't talk to anyone To solve this type of problem, why did the supervisor who was there just start laughing when the cashier didn't want to give me my receipt, what can I expect?
