This chipotle is so buns I have to write a review on it. They barely put any chicken and steak and they don’t know how to wrap a burrito. Worst chipotle in Mass by far go to the one at northshore mall instead.

This chipotle has gone down hill and it’s now not good at all.
The workers consistently struggle to understand me and take my order. And they can’t roll the burrito correctly. I’ve not gotten multiple burritos where the tortilla was folded over once then smashed into the aluminum foil.
Considering the only function of a chipotle worker from the customer side is to take the order, then wrap the burrito, I think this is unacceptable.
In addition the portion sizes vary wildly and are often very small in comparison to previous years.
Going to this chipotle is an annoying experience to say the least whereas it should be very simple and convenient. Not to mention how expensive it is now.

I get takeout and delivery from here often. I have a slight issue here and there, but it has improved dramatically over the past year. I mostly get good portions with a miss on occasion. Keep up the improvements, customers notice.

the order for pickup was ready on the shelf the guy overthere just gave me a robot answer that they close at 11pm and I was there at 10:59 without checking my order just to cancel it and take it at home

This location went downhill and keeps plummeting. The amount of times I’ve picked up food or had it delivered; 9/10 times it was wrong or a slop of food. Workers typically show low work ethic and mope around like they don’t want to work. Rarely ever get help in person, items always missing when having it delivered.

They had no bowls ONLY BURRITOS OK! The amount of food they serve is horrible I have been coming here for about 2 years and 2 years ago you got your money worth the bowls were filled to the top Now it’s horrible if you get a full spoon of rice your lucky and that goes for every thing else you ask for horrible! Management needs to step in and train that staff much better! Definitely would not be back there!
