I've been a regular at the Swampscott Chipotle since it first opened its doors. Lately, however, I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of service. Over the past two weeks, my last ten or more orders have either been incorrect or excessively delayed, sometimes by over 20 minutes. Despite reaching out to their customer service via pepper chat, I've found them unhelpful, as they often refuse to refund me for orders that are completely wrong or arrive so late that I miss my meal window between clients. I've attempted to contact local and regional managers without success. Hopefully, this message will catch their attention.

Ordering ahead should make this process easier but they have ONE employee doing the online orders for delivery apps AND their app with 30+ minute wait times. Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered at 5pm, estimated time was 510pm and it’s currently 5:37pm with 6-7 other people waiting too. If you have 3-4 people on the make line, HELP THE WOMAN! She can’t do all the orders by herself.

Many things wrong at this location. For the most part I still come back since it’s the closer option at work, but today they had no drink machine working and refused to give a refund for the drink… even though you physically could not get a drink since their machine was out of service.

The restaurant was extremely dirty. We had to clean our own table. All the tables were dirty. Not much of a value. I could have gotten a better meal at the Border Cafe for the same money. I will not be going here again any time soon. The fountain drink area was a mess as well. I do not recommend going to this place.

This chipotle is the worst possible location I think in the north eastern area. The tables are always extremely dirty. Tried giving them a chance again got catering from the swampscott location and boy did I messs up over 30mins late for an order that was put in 2 days before. Crazy would hands down never go back.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Bad experiences on multiple occasions. Rude employees, horribly slow service, and it’s always a mess with poor sanitation standards. Everyone who works here deserves to be fired, especially the management.

Walked in an hour before closing, manager looked at me like I committed a crime by being in line. Took 5 minutes to get help while they laughed about closing early. Didn’t have lettuce and any other thing really left so I said nvm when we got to the fact they didn’t have no lettuce, no pico even they it was 8:58 pm and they closed at 10 pm & while I was leaving the girl decided to say “wasted our damn time”. Terrible service.

This place deserves a ZERO-star rating. It's the worst restaurant I've ever been to. The customer service is horrendous, and employees are rude even for simple questions. The food is beyond terrible, and the place is disgustingly dirty. The employees are neglecting their duties. Extra charges appear on the bill without any prior notice or menu listing. Prepare to pay $20 for a bowl with a ridiculously small portion. Save yourself the trouble – DON'T GO THERE AT ALL!
