Terrible location. They attempted to rip me off by charging me for food and not providing it. Then when I call them out on it . They started yelling at me and saying I was being rude when they were the one trying to con me. I would never go to this location again if I were you.

I dont know why this dunkin has bad reviews i always go there for my online order and it is correct every time and the ladies are so sweet. My coffee is always delicious! Probably a bunch of rich snobs who left those bad reviews 😊 UPDATE: I was completely wrong. I am updating this because i ordered an iced coffee with cream, (extra) And i pulled up to the drive through, I just knew they didnt put extra in it. I asked politely if i could have more cream and the lady in the window yanked it out of my hand, gave me a dirty look, then gave it back to me and there was coffee pooled at the top and it was a hot mess. If you don’t like your job don’t work then! (9/16/25 at 8:30 am)

I ordered 3 pieces of egg bread, but when I got back to my own store, I saw that there were only 2. I wouldn’t lie for a dollar. When I went back to Dunkin, they said they had put in 3. This is the third time there has been a mistake with my food. Please make sure to check your order inside the store when you go to this location. Otherwise, you might be treated like a thief. I kindly ask the owner or manager of that location to check the camera footage. It will clearly show who is telling the truth.

The girls at the front threatened to spit in my drink. Very unprofessional with no management ever. I wonder how many drinks they've been spitting in. Be careful, they definitely spit in your food!

I had come for my delicious late night snack when I came across the long brown hair drive thru worker on the speaker, she was very friendly and polite, enticing me to come back again with her wonderful service and tasty hashbrowns! I definitely recommend this Dunkin!
Outstanding coffee, cordial service, and strategically located at the New York State, Massachusetts border in the same mini plaza, where there is also a Sun gas station with the lowest fuel prices on I 90 for the entire length of that interstate from one end of New York State to the other end of
Outside of the occasional burnt bacon, I've got no issue with the food, it's the service that's trash. The person who takes the order is extremely rude & says "is that it" after every item ordered. Plus she cuts you off before you are finished. I've only been inside a few times & the place is fine, no issues there.

We went here because we wanted to sit and have some coffee while we waited for another appointment at a location nearby. Upon entering we discovered there were no places to sit and remembered that the coffees at Dunkin’ just aren’t good enough to stand around and drink, so we went elsewhere.
Parking: Parking is cramped, overlaps with the drive thru and is very difficult to get out of on any busy day. If you want to go left out of the parking lot you are pretty much screwed!

Ordered 1/2 doz multi grain bagels. Get home they are cinnamon raisin. And not good ones either. Go a few days later order multigrain again. Good thing I checked the bag this time before leaving. Got sesame bagels. At least I was able to get that corrected. Someone there has a bagel ID problem. Beware!
