I had come for my delicious late night snack when I came across the long brown hair drive thru worker on the speaker, she was very friendly and polite, enticing me to come back again with her wonderful service and tasty hashbrowns! I definitely recommend this Dunkin!

Outside of the occasional burnt bacon, I've got no issue with the food, it's the service that's trash. The person who takes the order is extremely rude & says "is that it" after every item ordered. Plus she cuts you off before you are finished. I've only been inside a few times & the place is fine, no issues there.

We went here because we wanted to sit and have some coffee while we waited for another appointment at a location nearby. Upon entering we discovered there were no places to sit and remembered that the coffees at Dunkin’ just aren’t good enough to stand around and drink, so we went elsewhere.
Parking: Parking is cramped, overlaps with the drive thru and is very difficult to get out of on any busy day. If you want to go left out of the parking lot you are pretty much screwed!

Ordered 1/2 doz multi grain bagels. Get home they are cinnamon raisin. And not good ones either. Go a few days later order multigrain again. Good thing I checked the bag this time before leaving. Got sesame bagels. At least I was able to get that corrected. Someone there has a bagel ID problem. Beware!

When I got there to pick up my drink it was all melted and looked expired I swear I must’ve gagged, and to top it all off when I went to get a straw there was none and I when I was asking the lazy worker to give me straws she only gave me three and one had coffe stains and she was ignoring me I had to ask for more and finally they gave us what we needed. Lastly in my nice expensive car I tried to take a sip and the frickin lid was open and it spilt all over my lululemon sweats by far worst experience ever
The Swampscott is the most convenient location for me. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I drink iced decaf and it is almost always burnt and has a bitter taste.
It's OK, but it seems DD stores carry limited supply of things, so if you placed an order too late, most likely they already ran out.

So I never do this but I wanted to sit down and have a coffee at a coffee shop. So I went in and ordered my coffee. Then realized there aren’t any tables to sit and have a coffee. I asked why and this very nice girl said they took them out because of Covid. I’m baffled. So it’s couple years later and still no tables. What do you do if you want to eat ? I guess they don’t want to make more money. Weird. Anyway, not here to bash just won’t be going there again. They should just be a drive through.
