I am a big fan of five guys, but unfortunately I would never come back to this location. There are some very low quality services from this members working at the afternoons. I found plastic on my burgers and there seems this employee do not have any problems with being loud and not letting customers have a great experience.

I don't think good things about any food place that doesn't even give a base price. I understand that the burgers price probably depends on what toppings, but a base price would be nice. Things like fries or shakes could have a price listed. Makes me think it's nothing more than some kind of sleezy rip off place. I also lots me know it's very over priced.

Really sad to be leaving this review but we ordered ahead, our pickup time was 5:25pm, it's currently 5:55pm and we're still waiting. That's 30 minutes past our pickup time so far. I went in to ask what was happening and was told they were short tagged, I would of course be sympathetic to this, but they seem fully staffed and judging by the amount of people that have shown up, ordered their food, gotten their food and left - I am thinking it's more likely that they somehow just missed our mobile order. What I'd have appreciated was that being admitted to and apologized for. Instead we were told it will be another few minutes. My friend who's actually been in there waiting for over a half hour had already spoken to someone about the fact that our order wasn't ready yet but apparently that person didn't do anything to rectory this. I'm still sitting here waiting and again, we ordered an hour ago and we're given a pickup time of over a half hour ago. I'm more than a little disappointed

Five Guys is a go-to favorite. I often order online and then easily go pick up my hot food. Tonight a company called ActiveMenus interceded and tried to get me to order my food through them — and I hadn’t realized at first. Software was preposterously incompetent. Prices were much higher. When I tried to back out of the program to order from Five Guys directly, it wouldn’t let me. It submitted the order without my intention or approval. I received a shock text that my order had been submitted without any confirmation as to the items in my order. My credit card was charged. When I called customer service, I was hung up on. I love Five Guys. I hope that the organization ACTIVEMENUS goes immediately out of business. Beware. Like many middlemen trying to sneak into the order chain, they make the process MUCH WORSE and significantly raise the price. Five Guys is delish and easy to order from directly. AVOID ACTIVEMENUS AT ALL COSTS.

Customer service to me means a lot! Swampscott,Ma location needs better work and ones that can communicate with the public with out attitude when asking them to repeat their self because of a language barrier, and please if your not serving any more customers turn the open sign off and lock the doors! Because the whole experience tonight was a reason why I will stop giving business to these chain restaurants !

The manager that wears all black has an attitude problem. She has the thickest accent so naturally it’s hard to understand her so when you ask her to repeat herself she literally rolls her eyes right in front of you and sighs when she’s the one that can barely speak English, no less than five seconds after telling the order she almost got it completely wrong as if it was a completely different order so she doesn’t even listen.

I was picking up a web order. Wanted to add a drink to the order there was only 1 person in line in front of me. 15 minutes go buy and the cashier is still taking this person's order. All I wanted was a drink. I said forget about it since obviously it takes that long for a single drink. When I left that same person was still at the register ordering. You need to fix your front counter so all your registers work.
Best burgers and fries in the country. Awesome staff and great atmosphere. Professional people doing an incredible job even when their super busy. Always smiles on their faces.

You will love all the burgers with every topping you can think of. You will like having a tall bag of fries. The milkshake is almost good enough to stop in for by itself. It's the price that is gonna smack a bit.
