The food is great. It is better to order before you go because it takes a while for them to make orders. That is the only downside. Also if online it says they have no biscuits always ask when you get to the store they usually have one hanging around! Also best ranch sauce and best frappes!
Came in, said my name. They said few minutes. I saw a bag be packed set down a minute later but figured, not mine. They would call my name....they never called anyones names. They just kept packing meals and lining them up. Took for an employee to ask me personally if I was waiting for something. IT IS YOUR JOB TO CALL THE NAMES OF THE ORDERS.
Got there 10 mins before they closed, ask if I wanted it to go. Passive aggressive.
Just say, we are doing to go orders only.
Apple fennel slaw was nearly flavorless. Totally unacceptable.
Chicken tenders were solid. Fries were good. Truffle ketchup was good. BBQ sauce way too sweet.
No gluten free buns for sandwiches? Seriously?
