I love Chinese and Japanese cuisine, and I found both here as either dine-in, pickup, or delivery. When I dine there with friends, it is a happy place where waiters make sure you are enjoying the food and having a fun time. Service is courteous and quick. If I order delivery, the service is FAST, the food is HOT, and the delivery person is there with a SMILE, always. The food is delicious, and the selections are interesting. Trust me, you will be very full and well satisfied with all that the Gourmet Garden staff has to offer you.Dietary restrictions: If you are following some diet restrictions, the menu has options to suit and appeal to everyone, regardless if you are a vegetarian, can't have salt in your food, or must eat steamed meals only. The menu truly addresses all different options of food preparation that are sure to please any patron that may be on a diet and/or a restriction.

As a long time customer, I am appalled to hear from my 90 year old mother that Sunday night will be an up charge of 50% for the privilege to eat here. I'm DONE..

Although I find this place to be very pricey, the food is very good, at least for the area. My family and I order regularly from here. I would even dine here as I hear the drinks are good as well but we do not for others reason unrelated to the establishment. As for Chinese food and because of the location, I would put this on the highly recommended list.

Tried this restaurant for the first time, my brother-in-law wanted us to try with him.The service was fabulous, very quiet when we went in to the restaurant and it picked up why we were eating.My brother-in-law got a gorgeous looking steak, I didn't quite catch the name. Sorry.My mother-in-law tried the chicken chop suey. I've never seen so much chicken in a dinner before and she got to order of cranberry going to go with it.My husband got a pool platter for one and a side of lo mein to share with the table and my brother-in-law got a side of pork rice for the table.I got a scallop and shrimp combination that came with peapods. I apologize I forgot the name of it, so many peapods, I love peopods.They didn't allow you to order any daily combinations on a Sunday during lunch time. So it was almost like a à la carte ordering.It's not the cheapest place but it was very fresh and the food was good and again the service was excellent. So you don't mind paying when you enjoy it this much.I would call this fresh Chinese food versus like a takeout place where it's all just fried. So if you're in the area and you happen to be maybe shopping in one of the little strip malls nearby, I would say come here and give it a try.

We were told this place was good by a local so we decided to try even though not great reviews....what a mistake. Our waiter was a little rude. Food was meh not horrible but not great. WARNING....DO NOT TRY THE MUSTARD SAUCE THAT COMES WITH THE EGG ROLLS ITS TOXIC. Also no description of what was in the egg rolls and some were pork and some had shrimp. So if you have a seafood allergy I would not order or I would just skip this place altogether.

Dietary restrictions: Vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian friendly. Many delicious options for tofu lovers. I highly recommend the agedashi tofu, cashew sauce tofu, family style tofu & curry tofu. They have spicy options, too. Most other restaurants only have super spicy tofu dishes. Many sushi options both cooked, raw & combo. Very creative & extensive menu. 20 plus years of amazing food.

Had a horrible experience with takeout. Ordered a pupu for one and the quality of the food was horrendous. The pork rib was inedible and the chicken finger or shrimp gave me food poisoning. Avoid this place at all costs.
