I actually love the yogurt from this place, but for some reason the owner won’t invest in lids for the cups of yogurt. When I go to this place I get 2 cups and fill them up and put them in my freezer to enjoy them throughout the week. So I spend usually about $30 each time I go in there and I have to cover the cups with aluminum foil. Then the yogurt spills all Over my car on the way home cause aluminum foil really isn’t what should be covering a cup of frozen yogurt. You’d think when you’re spending $30 on frozen yogurt, the least the business could do is provide a cover. I’ve attached a photo of what my yogurt looks like today when I took it out of the freezer. Hey O-Yo owner…..please buy lids for the cups or I’m gonna boycott your establishment. No one wants tin foil and it DOESN’T WORK! 😡

Our most recent visit was a little odd. The cashier was on a call on speaker phone the entire time we were there and we were clearly bothering her by being there. Also, has anyone noticed how disgusting the red spoons are that are used for toppings?! They are gross and look like they haven’t been cleaned or replaced in years. It’s a shame because the yogurt isn’t half bad but service and quality are def lacking. Please clean or change the red spoons, it’s not that hard. And for goodness sake, try a little customer service instead of being on your phone.

Staff is outstanding. Young friendly courteous and always respecful . Ice cream is delicious. Frozen Yogurt as well. Toppings are amazing. Prices are VERY affordable. The only thing is: For the owner: Please, have the floor- outside- in front of the store, CLEAN. WASHED-Up. It's really getting disgusted by the day. Please do it before Labor day. It's nice to sit on the benches to eat and enjoy the delicious ice cream / yogurt. But in a clean atmosphere, of course. Thank you.

For a Froyo place, it is not that bad; their flavors are good and there is plenty of toppings here. Additionally, it's affordable, however it is no different from any other Froyo place. I would say the only thing that makes them unique is when a bunch of kids would come here after school with their parents, which makes the environment kid-like with drawings, consoles, games, and televisions everywhere.

This fro yo shop is filthy. It is as if they don’t know about soap and water, mops, windex nor how to use them. The filth starts with the outside door which is black with grime around the door handle. Once inside it is no better with disgustingly dirty floors and walls. The windows are covered with finger and handprint residue. So the question is, do you feel lucky? Do you think they clean the machines and addin area better than the rest of the shop?

Very cheap, if you don’t want to pay per pound you can just ask somebody at the counter for a 5$ cup
I like this place OK given that there is no other frozen yogurt self-serve bar like this anywhere in the area. The style place is very very common in New York where I moved from. The frozen yogurt flavors here leave something to be desired. The chocolate is pretty good and the plain/California Tart is pretty good, but all the other flavors have a very funky taste. I have tried probably 50 different places like this and I’ve had frozen yogurt a few hundred times over the past 25 years. The owner needs to examine the flavors and maybe try some other places because there is something wrong here. The sea salted caramel pretzel, cookies, and cream, and even the vanilla, which is generally one of my favorite flavors , I would stay away from. I’ll still come back here because again is the only place like this around and those two plain flavors are good enough, but I wish they would do a little quality control. It would be very easy to improve.

After our meal across the street at Mission on the Bay, we had ice cream. I settled for vanilla ice cream with a scoop. A 'scoop' represented more like 2 or even 3 balls. The ice cream was very good and not too sweet. Perfect ! Eat in the park right next door with a view of the sea!
