Luan is savagely rude to customers; I've been here on many occasions and have seen on two separate occasions people walk away and leave the store due to his mistreatment. I've spoken with management and they said they can't talk about it. Would avoid the store in general (as I now do) but especially because of this particular employee who should not be facing customers.

Unfortunately we had to remove Panera from our list forever… It was not the first time that we didn’t like how they serve food, because every time, little by little it starting to get worse! We notice price increases and smaller portions, bad taste and overall experience! Today it was enough for us… After we made our order and waited for food we got cold pizza with burned bacon on top and had little ingredients, just to cover it a little, oatmeal that didn’t look fresh made (and I know what I’m talking about), sandwich with what knows what, because we know how it supposed to be and look! Ordered two drinks and had to ask for cups, and the lady acted when my husband asked for cups… We asked for refund after seeing “food”, and it took us a while and also unnecessary argument, because they were not shy to talk about us between each other… Also we brought everything back untouched but the lady said we have an attitude and was mad that we didn’t get cup? (it was forgotten on the table). So sad to see lack of respect and poor training, we saw how it was before, we live in the area and such changes affect us…

They literally don't have anyone behind the counter to hand out orders that you place online. I can stand there waiting for 10 minutes and nobody will look at me until I finally wave someone down to just GRAB MY TO GO BAG FOR ME. They claim we are not allowed to grab it ourselves. But no one is literally willing to get it for you. This location is such a joke, and their employees.

I love coming here for a quick bite to eat for lunch. Today they gave me the wrong 1/2 sandwich so we drove back. A slight hassle, but accidents happen. The manager gave me a full sandwich, some chips, and told me to pick out a pastry for the inconvenience. ? Then they gave me two!It was a hectic morning, that made my day! TYSM xoxo

We were saying goodbye to an old friend who was moving out of the area. Panera Bread was the perfect choice for us as we shared memories. The food was excellent and our cashier Sindi was very kind.

We came to Panera bread here and the Puerto Rican girl who was attending us at 11 am was extremely rude to specifically Hispanic people and an old white man that didn’t even want to help us order our food. Horrible location and even worse people working there.

I personally love the Chipotle chicken avocado belt and toasted Frontega Chicken sandwiches. Also, the bear claw pastries are so yummy and delicious! This is a mist try when visiting Panera Bread for the first time! 100% recommend.
