Always terrific! The food , drinks, staff are top notch! A great local place where they always make you feel welcome.
My son has special needs and we were treated with such kindness. I’m so thankful for the service provided and giving us a larger table to eat at so my son doesn’t get burnt. Heather is compassionate and made my heart smile! The food is beyond superb and there is no doubt that Logan and I will be back soon! ❤️
Café Paradiso never disappoints! The freshness and quality and variety of food offerings is outstanding. Kudos to one of the best bartenders ever, Kim, thank you for some really wonderful drinks consistently! I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The staff makes you feel like part of the family. It's one of our favorite places.
Winning=going to your favorite Italian restaurant for your dad's birthday dinner and them having one of your favorite dishes on special. Never a bad meal and always great service.
I liked this restaurant. The food, service, everything was very good! I'll return to try other menu items. As the restaurant got more crowded the excellent service dropped off a bit...longish wait for our bill. Parking near the train station can be a challenge.
We enjoyed Paradiso in the past. Since it has been redone, it seems noisier. The food is still very good. The service was somewhat slow. We will return in the future.
Great service & great food.

Never disappointed in the quality of the food here. I have my favorite dishes that I go to, but when I try something new, it is always delicious. My favorite is the fusilli with artichokes and chicken! The service is great and the bartenders make great drinks :-) they have renovated and the feel is welcoming and comfortable
Service was uneven. When Michael was around, he was great but he seemed to have too many tables to be attentive all the time. 1 of our party requested their pork be med rare and thought some was more medium but thought flavor as good.
Best Italian food in the Northshore, and the bar crew makes a great martini

The cosmetic changes made in the dining room are lovely, however because it’s so LOUD there, we won’t be back. I was there months ago and it was loud but figured it was a one time thing. We couldn’t hear what others were saying at our table.

Title: "Don't Arrive Hungry: Grab a Bite Before You Visit"The value is one star. That is why I rated food low. I ordered pasta CAVATELLI that was prepared well. From ingredients standpoint it is cheapest you can have: penne pasta with sweet sausage plus some greens. But boy, for $20 I got a cup size serving just enough to feed a cat! I ordered dessert and got 2" size lava cake that was looked and tested like from Cosco with a small scoop of benign ice cream on the top for $9.Look carefully on dish pictures and you will get my point.Overall place clean but looks dull like a village cantina.Bottom line: There is nothing to bring you back.

Paradiso is a must try for fantastic Italian food at a reasonable price. The portions are huge and the service is top notch. They also make huge drinks! It's our favorite Italian Restaurant on the North Shore.
The service and food were outstanding as always. Love the chicken parm. one of my favorite dishes here. The ambience is wonderful as is the staff. Love the consistency of the service and food each time I dine here.
We really enjoyed our first dinner experience. Our server was excellent, and we appreciate the pride the staff takes in working as a team to make for an enjoyable evening. The broccoli rabe with sausage was our favorite dish, and the cocktails are delicious and generous. We will likely eat in the bar area at our next visit, as the dining room is a bit too noisy.
