We were seated at our table for quite a while before staff realized our table hadn't been acknowledged. Heather was very pleasant but very busy. The four entrees were all very good- bolognese, gnocchi, haddock & special sea bass. However, my untouched water glass had lipstick on it and the rim of my wine glass was oddly discolored, like wiped dry w/ a dirty towel. The restaurant was very busy but those 2 items made me wonder about cleanliness of kitchen in general.

Went to Paradiso for a girls night out and it did not disappoint. The cocktails were delicious (and strong!) , the food we all got was fresh and plentiful and the atmosphere was relaxing.

We totally enjoy the food and the waitstaff at paradiso. The noise is such that we can't really carry on a personal conversation. I find that sad. The fireplace is nice

We had a wonderful experience! We sat at a high top table in the bar and loved it. The food was hot and flavorful, and not overly seasoned. Homemade pasta, delish. The bread was with dipping oil was lovely. And the desserts were scrumptious. Server was attentive. Highly recommend.

Always an excellent meal! The ambiance is nice, the fireplaces were lit, which made it cozy. The pistachio martinis are excellent. I've always gotten something different each time I go, it has all been very good. I got the chicken and eggplant parmigiana last night, and what I really liked was that the eggplant was on top of the chicken so you got a bit of each in every bite.

The service that we received was fabulous our waiter was very attentive all while providing superior service. The food that we ordered was served hot and it was very authentic Italian. The restaurant, due to its size is a bit and on the noisy side and it's difficult to hear people talking. Otherwise, if you're looking for a good Italian restaurant, Paradiso is the place to go for true authentic Italian food.

Great food, friendly service, creative cocktails. We are frequent guests at this local bistro "where everybody knows your name."
As a party of six, we all ordered our meals and they were delivered within a very reasonable time. The pasta is made fresh at the restaurant. Our only issue was how very loud The Table and back of us was to the point we couldn't have our own conversations maybe it's acoustics I don't know, but I would recommend asking to be seated where there aren't large parties or in the bar area which is high tops You will not be disappointed by the food.

My wife and I enjoyed yet another fabulous meal at Ristorante Paradiso! The newly renovated dining room room is lovely, but it's very noisy. I wish there was someway to do something about that. Our food was fabulous. Wine was very good. Our waiter Steven, was excellent. Fabulous! Thank you!!

exceptional restaurant in Swampscott. seated dining area is beautiful space, low noise (bar area is separated by a hallway). chicken picatta, gnocchi, shrimp scampi were the favorites with my mom and boyfriend's parents. great service
