Definitely the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to by a lot. Came to check reviews, and they’re not wrong. Don’t come here unless you have 30 min to spare

The girl Annie who works the drive thru window is so R U D E!!!!!!!!!!!! Needs to work at a gas station instead. Everytime I give her a cash tip she rips it out of my hand and doesn’t say thank you. Or if giving the card reader with the tip option she says “Answer the question” no please or thank you ever. I’ve had like five experiences with her. I’d rather drink coffee I found in a toilet then come back to this Starbucks

Probably the worst Starbucks ever and feel bad for employees who have to work on Christmas

My entire order was terrible. My matcha latte had no whipped cream or simple syrup, both of which were requested in the order. My bacon egg bites were frozen in the middle. The only highlight was the banana walnut bread which was hard and cold. Never dining at this location again!

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. If you want to wait in the drive thru for over 40 minutes, just to get to the window to see multiple people standing around talking to each other…this is the place to go. Save yourself the aggravation and never go here. I wish I could give 0 stars

My worst experience ever have before. I have ice Lavender Latte the coffee taste completely like i drink whole cup of lavender powder. I have to dump that to trash because I couldn’t drink that.

The coffee was pretty decent, but I have to say that I was waiting for it for ages. It is so annoying…and the tables were dirty, trash and nobody’s leftover was on the table and seats, nobody cares.
I believe that people should clean up after themselves when they leave. But the staff has to care about their cafe and have to keep it clean, at least the tables.

Customer service is really bad. You forget making the customer feel value will make them come back.

1 star for the ridiculous cardboard straws the Swampscott location gives out. Other nearby Starbucks stores don’t use these. Cardboard straws are the worst, they don’t last long with the frappes or any iced drinks.
The people who work here are great (shoutout to Colton who’s always so pleasant at the drive thru) and the coffee is always great and the store is clean but the cardboard straws need to go.

loved the strawberry refresher i ordered it at night so there was only two workers and it was busy so im assuming they made my drink in a rush which is what caused the drink to give me severe food poisoning i was sick for two days straight while puking nonstop i know it was the starbucks drink because my vomit had pieces of the strawberries they put in the refresher.

I recently visited a Starbucks location, expecting the usual quality service and welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite, leaving me feeling not only frustrated but also racially profiled.

Upon entering, I placed my order and was met with a lack of urgency from the staff. I ordered a simple beverage and a pastry, expecting to be on my way quickly. However, as I stood waiting, I noticed that other customers who ordered after me received their drinks and food in a timely manner. It became increasingly clear that I was being overlooked, and the disparity in service was troubling.

After 20 minutes of waiting, I approached the counter to inquire about my order. The barista seemed distracted and brushed me off, assuring me my order was "coming right up." Yet, I continued to watch as people who arrived long after me were served without delay. The longer I waited, the more uncomfortable I felt, as if my presence was somehow less valued than that of the other customers.

Finally, after a grueling 45 minutes, my order was ready. By that point, my patience had worn thin, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being treated differently due to my race. It was disheartening to feel singled out in a place where I had hoped to feel welcome. I’ve always enjoyed Starbucks, but this experience left a bitter taste in my mouth.

I left the store feeling disappointed and disheartened, questioning the inclusivity of a brand I once admired. I hope this feedback encourages the staff to be more aware of their service and the importance of treating every customer with the same level of respect and urgency, regardless of their background. No one should have to feel uncomfortable or overlooked in a place that aims to foster community.
