My Favorite smoothie place in the area and it is not even close! They also have great food in their wraps and sandwiches!!! I highly recommend for anyone in Swamp/Marblehead Area!

Smoothies are always missing from delivery service. When you call the store an employee will tell you to track down their manager Christopher in order to get a refund. Been through this 3 times in the past 6 months. I only reccomended if you are going there in person to make sure your oder is correct and you have complete order.

Got food poisoning from the chicken bacon ranch flat bread… this store used to be good but ever since they’ve hired young hs kids it went downhill… having these type of workers is what gets u food poisoning since they don’t take cooking seriously…

This location used to be good, but now the service is absolutely terrible. The workers simply do not know how to do their job. They mess up something with my order frequently and are not respectful or helpful when you bring it to their attention. Not to mention, I accidentally dropped my smoothie during my last visit here and asked them to remake it for me which they did, but they made it completely wrong the second time. On top of that, one of the workers gave me a mop to clean up the mess and didn’t even ask politely, she just pointed to the mess and then the mop. I would’ve cleaned up the mess on my own, but the disrespect of the situation makes me never wanna go here again. Smoothies are expensive, I’d rather have good service and a good smoothie if I’m gonna be spending the money on it. Do not recommend this location. I know that I will not be going here again.

This store was once one of the best, the food service and smoothies use to be the bomb, now the smoothies are watered down tásele like poop along with the presentation of the food they serve looks horrible. This store has changed a lot and the employees working here now are the worst based on service and flavor.

Do Not Go Here, unless you want some punk attitude kid to forget to make your order, and then argue with you about it! I couldn’t believe this person. All he was doing was making sure his backhand toss made it into the sink?!! Worst, I mean Bad service!

They’re terrible. I’ve had more orders done incorrectly here than anywhere else. Food with frequently come missing sides that was stated to be included online, like chips, and they don’t do a very good job handling alterations to food. Every once in a while my group will attempt to order a cheese quesadilla, by ordering a chicken with the no chicken option. This workers about 30% of them time in my experience. In addition, they offer edible straws for about $.99 as an add on to any smoothie. When they come, they’re delicious, but they also come about 30% of the time. If you’re going to order from here, don’t expect to receive what you order.

Order a smoothie with 2 adds on. Got a juice instead of smoothie which taste horrible and they didn’t add the extras I order ed
The açaí bowl is delicious and their prices are very reasonable

I bought two smoothes for my kids and they both went into the trash. My two kids hated them. I sampled the smoothies too and confirmed that they where trash. $18 down the drain. I usually don't give bad reviews. But come on I threw away $18. Into the trash. Like that hurts. Give me my money back.

I'm only giving 3 stars because the smoothie wasn't half bad.
**Edit** I found a few wontons and 2 pieces of scallion. There was also a bite or 2 of cilantro. So wanted to change my review. Also, the salad dressing was really good**
However, I ordered a Thai chicken salad, got home and there's 3 small pieces of chicken, a ton of shredded lettuce and carrots and that's IT! NO wontons, NO cilantro, NO sesame seeds, NO scallions. So I paid almost $11 for shredded carrots and lettuce. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 And I left a good cash tip. Having worked in the restaurant industry I always tip well. But the fact that I waited 20 minutes for some kid to throw shredded lettuce and carrots(that were wilted btw lol) in a bowl and throw in a small cup of dressing, and lets not forget the 3 small pieces of chicken, blows my mind.

Only constructive feedback would be to double check online orders please. Frequently I've ordered extra chicken or other simple additions during times that is not busy and found they were not added.
