I bought two smoothes for my kids and they both went into the trash. My two kids hated them. I sampled the smoothies too and confirmed that they where trash. $18 down the drain. I usually don't give bad reviews. But come on I threw away $18. Into the trash. Like that hurts. Give me my money back.

Shane went above and beyond to help me have a wonderful experience. He is a valuable asset to your team and I will be coming back to that location because of employees like Shane!

First and last time coming here.I'm only giving 3 stars because the smoothie wasn't half bad.**Edit** I found a few wontons and 2 pieces of scallion. There was also a bite or 2 of cilantro. So wanted to change my review. Also, the salad dressing was really good**However, I ordered a Thai chicken salad, got home and there's 3 small pieces of chicken, a ton of shredded lettuce and carrots and that's IT! NO wontons, NO cilantro, NO sesame seeds, NO scallions. So I paid almost $11 for shredded carrots and lettuce. ???? And I left a good cash tip. Having worked in the restaurant industry I always tip well. But the fact that I waited 20 minutes for some kid to throw shredded lettuce and carrots(that were wilted btw lol) in a bowl and throw in a small cup of dressing, and lets not forget the 3 small pieces of chicken, blows my mind.

Healthy fast options and combos that taste great! Price is also affordable which makes it a perfect combination.Only constructive feedback would be to double check online orders please. Frequently I've ordered extra chicken or other simple additions during times that is not busy and found they were not added.Other than that I really recommend this place!

Best strawberry banana smoothie! Idk the name of the guy who helped me but he was such a gentleman and had the most beautiful blue eyes I've seen ? its too bad I'm still healing from the ptsd from my last failed relationship!

My girlfriend placed a mobile order for us this morning. The app said that the order which contained 2 smoothies and 1 breakfast wrap would be done by 12:06pm. She arrived at 12:10 to pick it up and the staff members working told her it will be a minute for her order. That is totally understandable, so she waited patiently for the order. SHE SAT THERE WAITING FOR 45 MINUTES WATCHING OTHER PEOPLE WALK IN, ORDER, EAT, AND LEAVE BEFORE THEY EVEN MADE HER DRINKS! When we did get the order, the food has gone cold. I am very disappointed in their lack of compassion for paying customers. She was too nice to say anything, but this problem has to be addressed. They need to make orders in the order they come in, and not prioritize certain customers over others. Will not be going back after this experience.
My second time here. Staff are courteous and service is fast. My first time here I got a mango smoothie. So delicious ! Second visit I got the all American wrap. So good!

Might as well save your money and time and go to the Peabody location. Better service, better quality. Swampscott location could care less about what they sell to their customer and how they treat them.
